Hello Dolls! How have you all been??? I have missed you all so much! I am going to be doing some posting this weekend...YES! Things are going great...I have a new job on July12 at Coty....so exciting! I will be the account manager for Target or Wal-Mart and can I tell you how exiciting it is to get back to a company that really cares??!!
The girls are so great...Abby turned 3 Memorial Day Weekend and Ryley is almost 1.5 years old!!
Looking forward to having some fun again!

Do you have Adobe Photoshop by chance? I just redid my header with that...I found the background and built the header off of that.
BTW...if you have Blogger, they have a new template builder that you can customize your blog more...I think you have to use one of their templates though. You can now have 3 column blogs, etc... __________________ Debbie L Ward |

Yes, it is in the challenge schedule I just sent out. You can offer Mr. Linky or another link, but all entries still have to be email to the host. So, all who entered Tammy's challenge, please email your entries if you havn't already. |

If no one replaces Martha, that may be a good thing as there are back to back challenges, one starting on July 30- Aug 5th, Martha's Aug 3-9 and Rebekka Aug 9-15th.
So with summer such a busy time for everyone, I would like to suggest that we skip the Aug3rd challenge. What does everyone think.

Hi everyone. Not sure what time warp I'm in but the poll closed and not at midnight as I had requested. Christy has six votes and four votes are split between Mary-Kate and Lynn. Not sure how to fix this?? Any suggestions? Thanks to all who participated in my challenge.
On another note, I received an awesome package from Debbie Ward via Lynn. Thank you so much, both of you. Love everything I received and love Lynn for forwarding them to me. Everything in the package is just too cute, not sure I would have done the same thing if I were in Lynn's shoes, but I hope that I would. Thank you both.
I am sorry that Martha is leaving us, but I think Karen is right on. Summer is a busy time and skipping a challenge will give us all time to regroup.
And Becky, for goodness sake, I pray you are doing better!

Hi everyone....I know what you mean Jenn and Dawn about having a busy Summer. When I started by blog in January I really wanted to post every day but it's been a bit of a challenge over the last few weeks and the next few weeks are just as busy. It's been soooo hot here the last few days we've stayed inside with the air-conditioning and I've managed to make time for some cards! Perhaps Karen's idea about skipping the August 3rd challenge is not a bad idea!
Anyways, hoping everyone is staying cool and finding at least a little time to be creative!

Hi Everyone!
It is a shame to lose Martha.....and I too agree with Karen maybe we should skip her challenge dates. I know I am going to be busy in August prepping for a Prostate Cancer Fundraiser Card Making Day in September. The idea for which was inspired by Jenn and her Breast Cancer Challenge, so thanks Jenn for your inspiration. Plus I will also be busy preparing for the release of NEW SU Catty and my Launch Party as well as the our SU Stand Display at the upcoming Craft Fair in our local area which is at the end of August.

I am so glad we all agree on Karen's idea! Everyone can mark out Martha's Challenge and just have a break!
If for some reason or another you can't post because you are too busy being at the pool or running the kids around...It's not a big deal. I am having trouble finding time to make cards with all the things going on in my life right now, but I still check in and comment....If you are not posting at least comment because then we know you are still interested in our group.
I know for myself that things will smooth out come school time and I will be a regular poster again! Just wanted to throw that out there....
One of my favorite sayings is "no stress, no drama!" and that is how our group should be!

I couldn't agree more, and our families and our health should always come first.

Thanks everyone for agreeing to my suggestion. Helps take the pressure off. It's turned very hot here now up into the 90s, so maybe I will go to the basement where it's cool and make cards. Thank goodness for air conditioning.

All this talk of pools and there are none close enough to me. Luckily my future in-laws are taking us to a campsite over the weekend where there will be a pool. I don't think they'll be able to get me to leave.

Hi girls! Just checking in - and leaving an apology note for not posting this past week! I have started the new schedule at work and just can't get my act together! Anyway - I also have camera issues - my flash isn't working :0( I am having a hard time taking pics of my cards, when I stamp its usually pretty late - and dark. I am working on that though - and should be able to post one or two pics tonight :0)

I also will apologize now for not posting this week...we are off to the yearly
2-day Wisconsin Dells trip along with driving to TN & Southern IL in the middle of the week...I will be losing 2 of the 3 of my daughters for the rest of the summer as they will be with their auntie & my parents...that will inevitable "free" me up for more stamping... I hope everyone has a great week.
