I would love a party! Just keep in mind that I'm packing right now but I'd be more than happy to send out some happy mail.....less that I have to pack :-D
We can wait for you to get settled into your new place Jackie! Then we will have a virtual party!! I will try to come up with some fun ideas!
How was everyone's weekend?! We were busy, busy, busy! We had a house full of guests/relatives all weekend with more coming next weekend! LOL Lots going on right now!
Anyone have any yummy snack ideas? I am getting pretty burned out on my regular ole standbys and am looking for something new, quick and easy, yummy and low in calories! Big grin!
I have been away for a few days this past week.......had to take my mum and dad to Brisbane (about 3hrs away). They moved down to live with us earlier in the year but my Dad was half way through having some dental work done so we had a few days with our rellies. Both my parents don't drive much so a big drive like 3hrs on the major highway is something they avoid. So is peak hour traffic in a major city......lol (I hate this too).
I am about to head off and check out everyone's blogs.......I updated mine yesterday in between storms......we have been getting a few wild ones here of late.
Ann Marie I would love to join the Party and celebrate with everyone...........
As for weight loss I have been constant haven't lost any haven't gained any.......trying hard to eat well, salads etc and smaller portions. It probably didn't help that I had two glasses of wine last night either.......lol. I think I will have to get my a into gear and jump on the cardio twister all this week.
I hope you all enjoy what remains of your weekend.

Sorry I haven't been around much lately......not enough time in the day of late. Well Spring/summer has finally arrived here with the days starting to climb into the mid 30's (degrees celcius). The pool at our new home has been a welcomed feature and getting a bit of use now, even my mum who hasn't been in a pool in over 50 years managed to get in the other day.
Jackie I just read on your blog your move has gone well which is so great to hear...so is that your kids are loving their new school. I hope you are fully back to normal and feeling more settle soon.
I am about to head to the post office to collect a couple of parcels and tommorrow I am off to do a course about coping with Alzhiemers. I don't know if I told you or not that my mum has it and is now living with us. In the last few months her detoriation has been quite noticeable so it is important that we all learn how to deal with this as it only gets worse from here. Apart from that not too much happening other than the boring stuff like housework etc.
I hope everyone is doing well.
