Hidey Ho Blog Neighbors!
I'm glad you girls are keeping this group going....I'm really struggling at the moment, but I'll get there! I have been posting pics to my blog....some things that other people made, but I think they are well worth sharing. I have been working in my scrap room, getting ready for a weekend crop that I'm hosting in 2 weeks. I put together some kits, and I'm working on some handmade things to sell. It's good therapy for anxiety!
Congrats Carolina on making the DT...that is so cool!
I can't wait to hear the report from Moira on CHA! When I had the store, all the reps would mail me catalogs of the new stuff...that alone was enough to make your head spin. I can't imagine actually going!
Sending prayers for AM and hoping that we hear from her soon.

Hey Nancy.. I've been thinking about you.. hope C is doing better.
Sorry I disappeared over the weekend - I worked on Friday and came home and crashed.. I think I had a 24 hour flu. Yesterday was spent taking my sister to do some shopping.. she's up and around after her surgery - but can't lift anything. Last night both kids were at friend's houses so the hubby and I had a nice quiet night before he left for Vegas this morning.
Today I took my niece out for lunch.. she and I have a standing date every month so it was nice. Then had a visit with my mother in law and sister in law and then came home with the boys and relaxed.
The kids have no school tomorrow - so I think my sister and I are going to make a road trip to one of our favourite LSS - about an hour or so away.
Hope all is well.. sure wish everyone would pop in. I fear our little groups is collapsing. :(

Sending prayers for you Nancy. I have been in there numerous times with my daughter who is diabetic, but never for that long. One night is too long!

Hey ladies.. what a week.. I really have a whole new respect for single parents! My hubby has been away all week in Las Vegas.. and I've been holding down the fort at home... including having our part time kid the last two nights. I am eagerly awaiting my hubby's return.. should be home around midnight tonight!
Meg and I went and cropped at one our favourite scrappy stores.. it is just over an hour away but we absolutely love it there. We buy a lot of our supplies there as she is a real "scrapbook layout" store - where our local store is more of a cardmaker's store. We copied a bunch of layouts they had hanging on their walls - all with paper we have bought there over the last year or so!
I was really hoping not to get called to work tomorrow so I could spend some time with my hubby - but since he just went to Vegas I guess I better work to make up the money he spent! hahha
Hope everyone is doing okay.. I know there are some struggles going on.. life just sucks sometimes!

Hi ladies!!!. Moira, I read the message... sad but I could see this coming. I only hope everyone will continue having fun doing what they love and maybe we will see each other again in some other group. I only hope AnnMarie and Nancy will do great and post some good news soon. I'll keep this thread under my subscriptions for any news, although I'm not going to be checking in everyday as before. Was very sad to read Moira's note about the group coming to an end. I was really hopeful that things would perk up and we would pull through. I understand though that life gets in the way because I am still eyebrow deep in one of life's little hiccups myself. I guess I really just wanted to say thank you to each of you for touching my life in a positive way. I will hold all of you close to my heart and will always be grateful for meeting each of you. I cannot commit to anything right now because my life is still in an upside down state, but I do hope to come back and start a new group once things calm down some.

It is sad to see our little group coming to an end. My plate has been too full lately, what with DH's back surgery in December and my mom passing away in January. I guess a lot of us are very involved with life issues right now. You are all close to my heart and I will be peeking at your blogs now and then. Thanks to all for your friendship and encouragement!
