thanks for the headsup.. most of that I can buy locally.. but had really, really hoped that they'd have some of his Sizzix dies included, but didn't see any. I'm gonna send the link to my mom, she only has one craft store in town and they don't carry much of his products.

Something really wierd is going on here. When I first opened the page set on 16 items/page, I got all the sale prices both on Tim Holtz and Cricut cartridges and when I switched to 48/page the regular prices came up. I really do wish they would fire their IT people and get some competent people in.

The same thing happened to me! I wanted some distress ink refills, I type it in, they show a price of $2.99...I look at the colors, put them in my cart, they say $3.49!! I got mad and dumped the cart!! I had alot of colors in my cart, and it would have been like an extra $10!! It's the principal of the thing!! Arg...

I had a different experience sort of - I put items in my cart and the sale price was showing in the cart BUT when I hit total and went to pay, the price didn't remotely add up to the prices in the cart. It was charging me a ton more, before tax and after the free shipping which was showing as zero. I called CS and they placed the order by phone and I am still waiting for it to complete, one week later. I called and they seemed confused and said all orders ship within 3 days. Some things just aren't meant to be.
I'm having the same issues - looking at distress ink pads under "Stamp pads" shows them on sale at 3.49. Go to the actual page where you pick colors and add to cart and it's full price. It's a shame because in store only carries 3-4 colors of the pads, but there are a ton online.
Also - there was a free shipping with $35 purchase coupon sent out via email this weekend.

I would call the CS number. They did honor the prices and the free ship codes.The CS woman was very nice and understanding. My issue is that they haven't shipped yet so I hope you aren't in a hurry. I will be checking on my order again today and am hoping that they are simply overwhelmed because of Christmas.
I'm so glad you're on line Karen. I could feel your disappointment over not being able to buy the ink pads at the sale price. First of all, have you seen Tim Holtz' 12 days of Christmas tags? This has got me so fired up to own more of the Distress Inks as well as the reinkers and a ton more of his stuff!! Anyway, I have been looking around and the lowest price I found was at Scrapbooking Warehouse for $3.45/pad. Reinkers are $2.78. they don't have them all by any means, but enough to get me in trouble. Oh My Crafts has the Ink pads at $3.74 and more colors than SW. HTH.

I noticed the sale price didnt appear in my cart. I did go ahead and process and called Customer Service - they honored the sale price, made an adjustment and bingo, I will. Ladies, dont give up so easy on the IT techie issues, as consumers, they all want our money and want to keep us happy. Next time, process and contact CS. Oh, almost forgot, couldnt get in the CS line till this am and they were happy for the sale. If they have to adjust enough invoices, their IT folks will get the message. Happy crafting....
Oops, I see you're on the TH tags thread already, Karen. You did a great job of yours. This guy is going to bankrupt me! I want everything he sells.
Hahaha...yes, I've been following the 12 days of tags on the general thread. I love seeing all the tags the ladies create. I just don't know how to scan and upload mine. I do have quite a few of the distress ink pads, I just need the refills. But I'm in no rush, and with Christmas, I'll try to get them after the 1st of the yr.
