Question about Custom Crops
I put in an order ($250!) at Custom Crops on Dec 2. Later that week, I received an email saying they were behind due to so many people taking advantage of their sales and my stuff should be shipped by Dec 9. I appreciated that and understood. However, as of today, Dec 12, my account reads that it has still not been shipped.
So I called them and the customer service rep said she'd print out my order and bring it to them so they could get it shipped. She did half-heartedly apologize. :rolleyes:
My question: Is it normal to have to call them to get your order shipped during their sales? I really needed the stuff I ordered for this weekend, and now I won't have it. I loved the deals I got, but I'm disappointed that it took 10 days and a phone call before my order was dealt with. And even so, it still hasn't actually been shipped. And if I hadn't called, how much longer would my order just been sitting in their computer?
I'm just feeling a little let down with this company.
