"No up-loading on Sundays"

Hi everyone...as a newbie to this group I am noticing a lot of members have a note included in their signatures about no up laoding on Sundays...have tried to find something in the terms of service etc about this but can't seem to find anything. Can anyone fill me in as to what that is about? I certainly don't want to break any rules or such.
