New SU Demo!!

Woo hooo! Excitement for me - I joined the ranks of being a Stampin Up Demo:mrgreen: ! I'm pretty excited about it! I faxed my paperwork yesterday and they gave me my number last night! YEAH ! Now, on to make this a success for me! YEAH! If you have any advice (do's or don'ts) for a new demo.......please don't hesitate to send it my way - I'd be most appreciative! Now back to our regularly scheduled life - Work;) ;) !!!!!!

Congrats to you. I became a new demo in September and I am doing very well so far. Just be creative and have fun. Hold monthly workshops in your home and offer discounts to anyone who hostess a party in their home for your. I booked three parties in February just by offering a 10% discount to the hostess on her own personal order at her party! I wissh you the best of luck!

Congrats on you new adventure!!
I finally signed on in August and my husband is very pleased with SU vs. Creative Memories. You will see a profit right away and the support is amazing. I closed out Jan with $1400+ in sales and on my way for Feb.
I have had only 1 workshop a month in my home and that has met my min for the quarter.

One hostess thing I am going to try is to buy the Headline Alphabet and have my hostesses pick a letter of their choice. First come first serve. I got the idea off SCS. And my husband is making me more blocks so they are single letters. I think this was a great idea. I earned a free set of any $ so I thought I would use that to raise sales.

I didn't think you could Fax it in. I could have saved $14.40 for express mail. My demo looked into it back in December for the special they were having. I could have bought a couple of packs of paper or???

I just signed up in January... I really did ask eveyone I knew... I can't beleive how many people wanted to try stamping. Don't ever assume someone is not interested. Some of the last people I thought would be into it were. They ended up making the biggest purchases. Try to establish a monthly club asap. I have my fist one starting in March. Best of luck!
