I've only recently ordered with Scrapyland, but I have had the best customer service from them with all my orders and will continue to shop with them in the future.
I went to two of my LSS hoping to find some sales but neither had anything special. Too bad. I was stocking up on printed school paper to make graduation cards at $1.99 a sheet of paper. I would have loved a 10% or 20% discount.
Unfortunately I got burned by the on store I thought enough to promote. Scrapbook Star has this info posted on their site

After reading this several times I thought that it was not included based on the sentence that the rebate was not going to show in your cart and that it would be calculated during order processing. Imagine my horror this morning when I received a bill for MUCH more that I bargained for as the prices were including the 35% off (according to the store in a followup emailto my email stating my horror). I have paid the bill and admitted to my husband the error (needed to- couldn't have this big one slip by on the CC unnoticed).
The moral of this story - NEVER purchase unless you are truly sure that you understand the small print. Dang it was a costly lesson to learn.
