That is a bummer, I liked the Twinkling H20's too. Its funny how some business's are doing better at this time then others in the craft market because I received a letter from CHA saying that some exhibitors had the best sales this year then they ever had at the show. I guess you need to be really different to stand out.

The sale is on now and you just go ahead and place an order... they will adjust the total. I placed an order yesterday, paid full price, and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Hopefully, they will put the 40% discount as credit on my credit card, and not charge too much for international shipping!

Does anybody have a web address for this, I love these H20's, and would like to order more before they are gone.

Here is the email that I found on another message board. It does not explain how to get the 40% off and it does not appear to be automatic. Hopefully they are really adjusting the totals after customers check out.

I am pretty sure they will be adjusting the price as I called the company and spoke to a representative and they said all you have to do is place your order. He said the 40% off would show up when you checked out....however my total was not adjusted. I sent them an email to inquire on when my 40% off would be adjusted. When I have more info I will let you know.

I thought my total would be adjusted at checkout too, but that didn't happen. They must adjust it once they know what they are actually sending you because it is on a first ,first served basis. At least that's how I hope they do it! I have been waiting forever to order the last four sets of the twinkling h2o's so I figured it's now or never. I will say that I have been ordering from the company for many years and they have great customer service so I'm sure they'll get those discounts on there before they charge our credit cards. I'll post if I hear anything from them about the total of my order. JIL

It is now posted on their website. This is a tough one as I absolutely love twinkling H20's and I know of nothing that is similar.

I am distraught over this!!!!! I possibly could get a tear :(

I use these all the time. I cant find the mini pots on the site though? Any help with that??
I havent tried the mica either, i may order that also.

If you are new to this and would like a color to try, i highly recommend buttercup. It is a light gold color and is perfect to put over any color imaginable to make it sparkle like something you have never seen in your life!!!

Can i say again, im am sooooo sad about this. Wonder how long till Marcos quits carrying these little gems......

I have had my h2os for around three years, and im not even close to running out. I use the buttercup all the time, and it is about halfway gone. It is a lite gold colo.
You can use a waterbrush to drop about ten drops of water on the paint. Then swoosh it around until it is creamy and to the consistency that you like. You will have to play with it to see what suits your taste best.
When you are done just put the lid on it and it hardens back up until next time. i cant say enough good stuff about these little paints. I use it instead of using a bunch of glitter. My family is glitterphobes, and I love sparkle!! This is my happy medium.
Im not sure which to order though! Im thinking about the 40 pot set.

WOW!! Stephanie you sound like you're a huge fan, lol!!!! I bet you create some wonderful things with them too!!!!

I've have several but haven't used them very much. I could possibly be wrong but I thought you were to leave the lid off until the content within the pot dried back out. Can anyone verify?

Thanks, Janice

Here is a link for a store here in Australia which carries them, they have 2 charts which you can download, one with colours and one with names only and a space for you to colour in.

Yes, I was told to leave the cover off until they dried or they could develop mold? I believe the source was a rep demoing at a stamp show.

Yes the Australian rep told us the same thing. She did say she hadn't had any problems herself but just in case.

Maybe because the products do last so long..... I've had 2 sets for about 4 years and another set for 2 and barely made an impact on them. Love the radiant rain too

Here's a link to a product at Marco's paper that is very similar. I purchased these before I could find Twinkling H2Os and have been very happy with them.

It's sad to see another crafting company fall on hard times.
However, we will still have access to shimmer! There is a very good alternative/similar product available at Inky Antics, called Pearlescent Watercolor Set.

They'll have them until they run out.

I'm so sad to see that they're going out of business. :( I can't buy any until the end of the month so I'm really crossing my fingers that they'll still have some that I like by then.

I just order a 24 pk. but the 40% off didn't come up. So I emailed them hoping they will get back to me to confirm the final cost. Thank you for enabling. I almost ordered yesterday but there was no mention of the 40%

On the luminarte home page it does say everything is 40% off. When you look on the left column go to h2o's sets click on that and it will show you the setsclick on the order # for either the llarge or mini and it will show you all 6 color names and the colors pics. I got 3 sets and 6 individual pots-I ordered the mini(except the indiv are large only) as they last forever!! FOREVER
I did not like not having a correct total or a shipping amount. Plus I tried to contact them with e-mail and unless you know if you have 1 of 3 different receiver things HTTP, r2d2, c3po, whatever; you can't contact them. So I went into yahoo and tried to send an e-mail and it bounced back permantly- I don't like not knowing my total, or even how much their shipping is. It's weird they are going OOB because my daughter said they were at CHA (a LOT of companies were awol this year) I f their web-site says they are 40% off-I sure as heck don't want my credit card charged what ever they feel like. I am excited to hear what was said about buttercup-as it is one of the indiv pots I got( also blk, chestnut brown, key lime, icicles, vanila bean) and 18 more-oh I can't wait-they are my faves!!!!

Anyone use the Raidant Rain? I'm tempted to order some but haven't heard anything about it.

Could someone chime in and let me know....
