Kudos for a fantastic online retailer!
I know that too often lately we hear about questionable customer service on these boards.
I'd like to change that!
I've been dealing with a company here in Canada for cuttlebug embossing folders. They have great prices and fantastic shipping rates to Canada. http://www.estuff.ca/
There was a shipping error in one of my orders recently. When I emailed them I was filled with dread from all of the stories heard here recently about other vendors. To my surprise, they responded promptly and courteously. They fixed my problem immediately, and were a pleasure to deal with!
I just wanted to give praise where it's due. And if any of you are looking for a good place to buy ANY kind of dicut machines or accessories, you should really check this site out. They carry Cricut, Cuttlebug & Sizzix to name a few and the variety and sales are always changing.
Hopefully they'll start carrying the cuttlebug sliders dies soon so I have an excuse to buy more!! (thought I'd put that in incase your were reading Mike!)

Anybody else have a retailer or customer service they want to "shout out" to?
Maybe we can change thier attitudes with "positive thinking" a la The Secret!

The Frantic Stamper ( www.franticstamper.com) is my favorite -- she carries absolutely everything (99.99%) and is a pleasure to deal with. Can't recommend her highly enough!

In addition to those mentioned, and I have used most of them, I'd like to commend www..com for their quick shipping and personal customer service.

www.bonniesbest.com has my vote. I recently put in an order and she was able to fit it into a flat rate priority mail box, which reduced the cost of shipping tremendously, and I didn't have to ask. She is a great person to deal with and her service is fast and terrific.

I second the motion about Sheila
Shouldstampmore, I agree with you about Sheila from www.scrappinggreatdeals.com and she is super to deal with. I got all my scallop round and oval and even a square scallop punch from her and other items and she is just great. Prices are good too. Service is lightning fast if she has it in stock. If no stock, it will come when she receives it from the wholesaler (I assume). She always includes a candy in her order she sends you.

If you're looking for COPIC markers check out:

Prices are great! 2 day shipping is free! I ordered a set of markers on Tuesday and they arrived at my home on Thursday! Gotta love that! Great communication too!

I would like to do a shout out to www.newegg.com. Great on-line store for electronic gadgets and accessories. Great prices and speedy delivery. I ordered a memory card for my digi camera, yesterday. I received it today.

I have always had great results with www.sizzix.com and www.creativexpress.com. Both often have great sales and customer service has been wonderful. It does take a little while to get your items (usually less than two weeks), but you can count on them getting to you and your order being complete.
