Black Friday Cricut deals
I just noticed on the Black Friday ads website Joann's will be carrying the Personal Cricut for $75 and the Expression for $250 and all Cricut cartridges for $29.

I got my Black Friday ad and Walmart will be selling Cricut Expression machine for $188 and $30 for each cartridges. This is a better deal than last year.
Make sure to grab a machine for yourself.

What's crazy here is I work for Walmart and I haven't seen a Black Friday Ad? Is your site reliable? Sometimes things are posted on the internet that aren't accurate. But plz remember - Walmart will match any competitors advertised prices - you just need to bring the ad in with you.

What I really want to know is if Joann's will be offering the same prices online for the cartridges. That would work out so much better for me.

I don't know if they will have the same prices online. You can take the Joann's ad to Walmart or Michaels and they should match the price.

I read that the advertised price would be good online as well as the store. I thin I saw it on msn in the money section (but I am not sure).

Walmart bundle
Anyone know what carts are in the Walmart bundle? The ad doesn't say!
I can barely make out the picture of the cartridges that they carry, I'm looking for Wild Card and it doesn't look like it is in the pic. Last year, they got a special shipment of cartridges just for Black Friday. It will probably be the same this year so who knows what they'll be.

I BELIEVE Walmart generally has Schoolbook Plantin and Accent Essentials. Could be a different bundle for Black Friday. I've never seen the colored Cricuts other than the pink Breast Cancer awareness one.

All Walmarts will be open from 7 a.m. Thanksgiving morning until Midnight Black Friday. The sales will start at 5 a.m. At my store at least (and you might want to check with yours) customers will be able to start lining up for the specials at 10 p.m. Thanksgiving night - if the store has 50 of an item (or whatever - that number was picked randomly) only 50 people will be allowed in the line. Potty/eat breaks will be given out to those waiting.

I have a Black Friday Question. I'm up in Canada and Grand Forks/Fargo are the closest places for me. I can't seem to access any ads about what is going on in these places. Is there a "place to be" something I don't want to miss? I can be there for Thursday and I'm assuming people are ready to shop at 5am Friday? I don't think I'll be lining up for anything.
Thanks
Jen

Hmmm...this is a great price. I'd be interested to see how 'hot' of an item they are in markets like mine. I live in UT, and we have a regional chain in addition to Michaels, Joanns, and Walmart. I don't have an electronic cutter yet...I still have my eye on a Pazzles...too bad those most likely won't be a Black Friday special!

I just placed a "more than I should spend" order at cricutmachine.com too! In the spirit of sharing - Big Lots will have the Cricut Create Machine for $99 (maybe $97) on Black Friday. It includes the Don Juan cart. That's the best deal I've seen!

I ordered the cricut expressions for $211 and a load of carts from cricutmachine.com yesterday morning with free shipping. It's already shipped! I can't wait.
I saw the walmart add for the expression for $188 and the carts for $30. The way I look at it is this.....The slight price difference totally outweighs the fact that I have my pick of cartridges (some were only $26), I am ordering in the comfort of my own home, not fighting for a parking space and dealing with the crowds only to realize that the cricut might be sold out or they don't have the carts I want or any at all for that matter. I did a lot of research, I was holding out for the black Friday deals and I think cricutmachine.com is the best one. I just didn't want to take a chance of going to Walmart and the machine and carts not being there. Good luck all~

I got an email this morning from Joanns.com. The original size Cricut is under $80! Not sure what the shipping would be but since I already have a machine (that I paid considerably more for 2 years ago....)

Do you think the black, green, red, blue models of expression at Walmart are made as equally well as the regular one you would by at a "regular" retailer?
I don't want to buy a dud.

I hope so because I just got home from Wamart with a blue one. I love the Serenade cartridge that came with it.

What's the Serenade cartridge? Is it like engagement, love, and wedding related?
Was it crazy at Walmart and did they have a lot in stock? Mine has the sale starting in 4 hours.

I found this on line at cricut.com:
Explore the beauty of nature! The elegant Serenade cartridge is filled with clouds, birds, perches, trees, and much more. With two creative features, you can layer the fifty main images to achieve the exact effect you’re looking for. Use the latest Cricut cartridges to create unique and engaging designs for every occasion. The versatility of the cartridges will surprise even the most imaginative crafters.
The cartridge includes: Shadow and Blackout creative features.
Walmart put some of their BF deals on-line but of course the machines are "out of stock". Carts are still available. Hubby is out right now trying to snag one fo these-- I hope he succeeds!

I don't think it is available yet. I think right now it is exclusive to the Walmart expression bundle.
