Has anyone shopped with them? They had a deal on Washi Tape and charged my account immediately for a $30.00+ purchase. This was on August 1st. It's been 3 weeks and no sign of my package. (no tracking info given - said it would ship in 7 - 14 days). 3 weeks later I haven't received anything. I emailed the company and nothing.

Anyone have experience with them?

I haven't ordered from Very Jane - I don't like having to give my e-mail address before I can even see what they have for sale. But it looks like it might be a site something like "Well Imagine That" that has limited time sales of stuff like hair bows, flowers, jewelry and craft goods. I did order from them when they had 100 cabochons for $8. I sent an e-mail after 3 weeks without response and it took 4-1/2 weeks to get my order (they were weird colors and strange shaped - not at all like the photo they gave). I noticed that after I placed my order, they started putting up notices with their deals in small print that it would take 21 to 30 days after the sale ends before the order would even be mailed.

Is there any small hard to find small print on the Very Jane deal you bought?
