There is a possibilty of a babysitter right? DH came home last night and was checking the calendar for the date of the health fair for work and says, "what's this SCS gathering mean?" GASP!! Why are you asking I say (ok, screech in my panic) and he says that is the day I have that health fair for work eeek!! We live in town but if we don't have a sitter available is there an alternative? He said he'd be done at noon. I think I could find someone but hate to think of not going

P.S. My kids are really good for everyone else I swear. The incident with my son pouring SEVERAL jars of embossing powder and glitter and heat and stick powder on my bed 3 years ago----all a thing of the past! I promise :lol: He actually did have a piece of scratch paper down "to catch the extra powder just like mom does" so that was good.
No problem-Tarzan dumped a bunch of embossing powder on my VersaMark pad once....I cried. I bet your little humans are ANGELS compared to the destruction of my son.

Angels, hmmm, don't think I'd go that far! :shock: They aren't too destructive actually, they just drive me nuts using their minds. I'll call it "messing with me"! How sad cuz they are 3 and 5!!!
I would have cried if it was on my versamark pad too! That thing is like the gold standard stamping tool! I just laughed, I think I was so tired cuz I had just had my daughter and couldn't think straight. I just bottled back up the powder I could and have had this funky sparkly metallic mixed embossing powder (never use it) in the drawer for years now.
Ok, so that I'm not threadjacking I better get back to the topic-----GO TO THE SCS OMAHA GATHERING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm in, Amy! Sending the check tomorrow! My preference for lunch is sandwiches as I am in the SOF group and I don't want to cheat for a whole day (I can bring my own Subway sandwich if I need to). I am, however, still bringing the apple pie!

I'm assuming that most of us are demos-we want all current stuff and ONLY SU stuff?? I'm still working on getting more embellishments, etc....I'm soooo excited about this!!
