Hello all, I just wanted to share my recent experience with Sizzix. For some unknown reason, you know like a ghost or phantom struck, my Big Shot quit working and wouldn't turn at all. So I sent Sizzix an email asking for directions on how to take it apart myself, being a fix-type of personality. They responded and told me not to take it apart as that would void any warranty. They suggested that I send the Big Shot to their factory in So. Cal where it would be repaired for free. I purchased my Big Shot almost two years ago and the warrant ran out after a year, so I was sure I would get billed.
So, I took a chance and shipped it to Sizzix on Sept. 22nd. Amazingly enough, my Big Shot was waiting for me when I got home last night just two weeks later. It was repaired and I wasn't charged a thing! I wasn't even charged for parts, labor or return shipping! I am still amazed and I wanted to share my great customer service experience with everyone!.
