This Saturday Club Scrap which is located in Appleton WI, (technically Greenville) is having their annual Warehouse sale. If you're not familiar with them, they are a by mail company (no I don't work for them) based on monthly subscriptions for scrappers, stampers and digi scrappers.
Non members can buy some stuff from their website too.
I went to the sale last year. They have beautiful paper which should be your main reason for going. They have other stuff on sale such as their kits to make stamping projects but their sales on these items is not a huge discount but 20% or so for the stuff you'd really want.
