New $1 stamps & MS Punches at Michaels
New discoveries at Michael's today. One of my Michael's stores had the new $1 Recollections Valentine stamps. I only bought a few of them but they had many more designs.
And my 2nd Michael's had a bunch of new Martha Stewart punches. I just picked up this beautiful large heart punch. This would make adorable ornaments! Oh, & this new grass edger punch.

Thank you. I was at my Michaels today and they didn't have any yet but I will definitely be on the look-out! I am addicted to those Martha punches! I have to have them all!!

Oh yay! Happy to see this thread.
I stopped by our M's today and they were putting new Studio G clear stamps in the Valentine dollar bins. I saw Series 38 (butterflies, mostly) and Series 39 (more on the artsy side).
They also had a couple different kinds of wood stamps in the Valentine $1 bins. There was a whole series of flowers with small fairies intwined in them. There was also a wood series of monograms and another with cupcakes, cakes and sentiments. I didn't buy any of those, but I think they were from Studio G, too.
The Recollection Valentine's ones were in a different section.

Wow...I can't wait to see the new Studio G wood stamps too! Both my Michael's stores had tons of boxes in the aisles. They had busy bees unpacking some of them..I hope to see more new stuff next week! Thanks for sharing your Studio G finds! |

Hi Angel,
I know what you mean...I wish I could buy every one of them but I have to be selective & always use a Michael's coupon to stay on budget. I'm sure they'll be arriving soon; my Michaels had lots of brown boxes laying around waiting to get unpacked. |

The store I went to, doesn't have the grass punch, but I bought the xoxo border one with coupon. They also have the corner/border small heart punch for 24.99.

Our LSS has most of the new spring ones. They are adorable! She has a ladybug border punch, grass, tulip border punch, daisy border punch, a new heart one, etcetera.

I got the heart punch and a tulip edge punch. I also got some of the butterfly clear $1 stamps that are great for inchies and stuff like that. Plus I got some $1 rubber stamps. No Valentine stamps out yet, but they had boxes and were still putting stuff out. I'll go later on next week and see what happens.

If anyone is able to get the full sets of series 38 & 39, i will reimburse you the cost as well as pay for shipping!
My Michaels here "JUST" started carryying series 17.... ( yeah, they are slow)

This made me laugh, less than 17 hours later from the I WONT GO post to the I GOT THEM!!!! LOL
I just got the group punch of hearts from teh BST on here and she charged LESS than M's about equal to a coupon use!
I am SO going there on Monday... payday, day off, hub at work...good excuse to feel sorry for myself, son is going back to college tomorrow!!! I can punch him some hearts and stuff!!!! :mrgreen: My M's SUCKS so hoping they are with it this time... |

I went to Ms twice yesterday-all the papercrafting and punches were in boxes on the shelf--I politely asked when they thought they would be putting out the stuff and the not so pleasant gal said "Probably in a day or two".....so, later when I took my sister who got 8 jetmax cubes that we got all together last night, the boxes were still sitting there!
She asked about when the stuff might be out and hit the jackpot--fortunately this gal recognized us from 25 years ago and said as long as it was in the scanner, we could buy it and she opened boxes for us! It was like Christmas. She was amazed that I could tell her the price of stuff though before she scanned it. I told her I should think of applying for a job and doing their displays--just teasing of course.
I got a 12 x 12 paperpack of MS Valentine doublesided print paper ($14.99) -WISH I had a coupon used it earlier that day, but thrilled because they only got 9 for the store, also got a MS "punch pad"--Its basically the same paper but only a 12 x 3 size and the paper has foils and glitters and all--it was like $7.50, but given they only had 3 for the store--we helped them out and figured they didn't need to display them!
I really wanted to get one of the stamp sets (heart corner and border) but wasn't going to spend the $24.99 without a coupon.
Also got some non holiday ribbon (it's an addiction) so got out of there for $51.00...Now to see if I can find a current coupon on here and print it, and if my paycheck comes in the mail (I hate that my employer does not have direct deposit!) I will be on my way back hoping the punches are still there!

We stopped in the M's in Snellville, no Valentines out yet, but I did get the butterfly Studio G set. Now I just need to get the series 39. They weren't even selling some of the MS Christmas sets at clearance!

Thanks to this thread, I just HAD to run out and see if my M's had any of those big eyelet heart punches late yesterday afternoon. I found the last one but it wasn't with the new V day punches. It was with the regular MS punches. I think someone just put it back in the wrong place. SCORE!

I have SEVERAL boxes full of the clear $1 stamps as they are only a buck, but hmmm, is there a reason WHY I never think to use them???? UGH!!!
But... I will be adding to my collection soon, perhaps while I am there I will pick up a new shoe box to store the new ones in!!!! :mrgreen: |
