I found the $1 stamps at my Joann's recently - I bought a bunch because I was excited and couldn't believe they had them :D These are all duplicates. They don't have to be sold as a set. The top 2 rows are by Inkadinkado and the bottom row is by Studio G. Each package is $1 + tax + shipping.
