They are FABULOUS. I got the whole Caio collection in three different orders, and saved a bunch over many of the other options. I always had my markers within two days of ordering. They have a lifelong customer in me.
Ha ~~~ I placed an order the other day. I was only going to get about 5 markers, but the shipping was about $7 just for those.......so I place a $50 order so I could get free shipping. I can't afford to do that again, so I'm glad to hear this news
Unfortunately, that is pretty much the "norm" for them. I don't even look there anymore.
I have had really great service from Carpe Diem and when I place an order of $200+ for markers I don't mind paying $12 for the FedEx shipping... at least I have a tracking number and can be on the lookout for them on my doorstep.
Well I have 14 sketch coming to me now.
I did notice there was only 2 ciaos......so had to bag getting those..thats fine...I have other sources to get those.
I just stalk the shipment updates and make sure I order on those days. I can wait, I absolutely refuse to pay carpediem's ridiculous shipping prices. I love oozak, have had nothing but good service from them.

I only checked out their site once, put 5 markers in my cart and they wanted like $13 to ship!!!!! So what's the point of having low prices if your shipping is outrageous.

This is exactly what I do and like you stated, I have had nothing but the best service from them.
Only on the Sketch markers. Not Ciaos. I ordered over $100 on Friday and called to ask them about it and the woman was quite nasty and rude about it.
I have had two experiences with Carpe Diem, both were simple questions on placing an order, and one was about if they could possibly ship a dozen markers in a flat rate envelope (I KNEW they COULD) for less than $12 shipping...and both responses were very rude and snotty.
I have never ordered from them and never will with customer service like that. After the 2nd time I was wishing I hadn't tried again, but I usually give someone the benefit of the doubt...we all have bad days...but TWO and both with me??? No thanks!
And as far as oozak being out of stock...they do get shipments fairly often and if you are patient you get what you need, with excellent service on top of it!

She's new to the copics (opps, I got her hooked on them!!!), and she wanted to get some more now. I would have gladly ordered the ones I wanted in Sketch instead of Ciao from Oozark otherwise!!!
Carpe Deim has free shipping for opic markers right now... when they are processing your order they will adjust the $$ before they charge your card.
Thanks for the info. I checked it out, and it's on $50, which oozak offers everyday. With better customer service IMO. But it's a great deal for those of you who shop CD!
I would also like to second that shout out for Rusty and Steve! When I first heard about the Copic sale, I went crazy and started placing orders...I placed two separate orders on separate days and Rusty called to tell me that Canadian shipping is actually cheaper then the shipping choice I had paid and if I would like to put both my orders together and pay just the one shipping.
It was awesome of them to first of all take the time to call so that I know they're working on my order, and second to let me know of the lower shipping rate and to offer to put both orders into one - which they didn't have to do!
From absolutely ZERO Copics to 97 in less than two weeks! I am definitely a happy customer and maybe I'll try to get in one more order before all the prices go up in March!
I have about 140 Sketch markers and about 130 of them have been purchased through Oozak. They're great! I also watch for their shipment updates. The reason (IMO) that they don't always have a lot in stock is because we buy them almost as soon as they come in! Their customer service is great and they have always been friendly and helpful. Kudos to Oozak!

I still think that www.carpediemstore.com is cheaper. not sure if they are still running free shipping though!
Since I've only been getting about 6 New Copic Markers at a time. I would not be cheaper for me to shop at Carpediem store. Cause shipping cost is a lot more!
With me shopping at Oozak. I can get first Class Shipping. for a lot less.
I have enjoyed building my collection of Copic Markers by buying just a few markers at a time.
So shopping at the other store would not be good for me. Cause of the Shipping. They only Ship Fed X Where Oozak uses UPS and USPS.

Oozak has all types of Copic Markers on their site. Right now I know they are re-stockng their store.
I have been patiently (yeah right!!) stalking their store waiting to "pounce" as soon as their shipment is posted!
This will be my second order with them and I agree 100% that their service is incredible!! Totally above and beyond my expectations and refunding me the difference as they discovered the shipping would be cheaper to me...how many places would actually do that?! YAY OOZAK!!! another customer for life over here ;)
After reading this thread, I decided I'd make a purchase when I got home. As soon as I started filling my cart three markers became out of stock--you must have gotten them!! I was just picking out different colors, so I went back and got a different color. ;) That was fun. I just had to get my order in before the price went up. I was thinking about getting a Slice, but now it'll have to wait.

Add another gold star for OOZAK.com! I placed a few copic orders from them last year and had perfect transactions each time. Great service, super quick shipping and I love the free ship with mininum purchase. Their prices were the best (at the time of ordering). They will definitely get my business again when I'm ready to order more colors!

I ordered 13 markers from Oozak.com and a refill for colorless blender yesterday.
By 10am, I had a change in status from Payment Received to Packing.
By 2pm, I had another change from Packing to Order Complete & Shipped.
I'm really curious how long it's going to take for my markers to get to my house (I live about an hour north of Kalamazoo where Oozak.com is based.)
I'd be really surprised if they aren't there tomorrow...I am in Wisconsin and I get my orders from oozak 2 business days from when they ship. (Usually the same day I place the order)
