The video was very helpful in figuring out how to line it up and what paper sizes to work with..you will want to write down the dimensions when she mentions it in the video.

Thank you for your sweet compliment about my loopy card! Those kid stamps are wacky but cute.
I'm glad the video was helpful. I think MS should have included better instructions on or in the punch package. Especially for those edger/corner ones. I didn't realize the corner punch/edger only worked on certain paper sizes until I saw the video.

after going into the smaller Michael's where I usually shop yesterday, asking about the new punches, and being told that they wouldn't be getting the new ones, I dropped in today to pick up a stamp that was on clearance only to find a huge display of all the new punches!!!! no one has any clue what is going on at that store and they are just as rude as can be. that is really so sad, as I love some of the stuff they carry.
so I will drive a bit farther to the super Michael's, pay the higher tax rate, and know that I can always find what I'm looking for. the new punches are wonderful!!! hope that all of you are able to locate the ones you are looking for!

We must shop at the same Michael's!!! I, too, travel a longer distance to go to a cleaner, newer, more organized and friendlier Michael's. Though I have to say I've now ordered several online, since gas, time and sales tax would negate the coupon I would use.

it's too bad we can't shop online at Michael's like we can JoAnn's. and why do they seem to hire (for the most part, not always as is reflected by the original poster! ) some of the snarliest people to work with all of us WONDERFUL crafters?!?! ;)

Aww, thanks. I can tell you part of the problem is a lot of the part timers work only 4-8 hour a week and just don't learn much about what items we get in. But the full timers should know what's in the store even if it's not in their department.

what I found most sad is that the person I was speaking with yesterday actually talked to the manager (a man who is about the most rude thing I have ever encountered in my MANY years of retail exper.) and he said that his store was actually discontinuing all MS products. then lo and behold they have a big display of all the brand new products right at the front of the store when I go in first thing this morning! :rolleyes: go figure!

I popped in to Mike's today and they've already sold out of the web, loopy and drippy goo punches. I already have the loopy and goo but I was hoping to find the scary fence punch (new style punch with folding wings). I just saw a few on Ebay. Are you guys finding this punch in your store? My Michaels is expecting another shipment next week..I hope this punch is in that batch!
I popped in to Mike's today and they've already sold out of the web, loopy and drippy goo punches. Mine had the loopy border and spiderweb border but they hadn't received any drippy goo or grave yard borders so they gave me a rain check!!! They said they should be in next week... ;)

Neither of the Michael's I shop at had the scary fence punch. They didn't even have a spot for it. I wonder if this is one that Walmart maybe will get??? I would be interested in getting one too since I didn't get that one last year. Anyone else seen one in the store????

Me too..I saw it last year and decided not to get it. Then, when I finally decided that I "needed" it..it was gone. :(
Hmm.. maybe I should check Walmart too. The ones on Ebay are in the same orange/white packaging like those in Michaels. I'll post again if I find any.

I went to Walmart today and they didn't have it. I wonder if it is an AC Moore item. I don't have an AC Moore nearby to check. I'll still keep looking!!!

I went to my local LSS and they had TONS of Martha holiday punches... Like all of them... And more than my Michael's store had... Go figure!!!
I'm now the proud owner of drippy goo and graveyard, both at 40% off, gotta love coupons... And going back again tomorrow to see what other punches I need... ;)
I visited my 2nd Michaels today..they had some of the new halloween punches but no scary fence-not even a label for it on the wall. None at Walmart either. I may call my LSS to see if they are carrying them. Maybe the scary fence is exclusive to certain retailers. I don't know why it's not at Michaels.

The Michaels store in Lakewood CA has lots of drippy goo punches along with other punches. I just received mine and am going to play with it.

I went to an AC Moore today and didn't see the scary fence punch. Also didn't see it in Walmart. Has anyone seen this one???

I didn't realize HL carried MS punches...did they have any of the other punches left?
My Drippy Goo punch is a new style than what they had last year .. the punched shape is the same ... but the sides of the punch fold up for easier storing.
I went to the Michaels by me and they didn't have any of the new Martha Stewart punches yet. It figured. They never get things when the other ones do. I asked and the girl had no idea when they would get them in. And believe me I checked EVERYWHERE in that store!!! LOL
No luck in finding the Martha Stewart scary fence punch locally so I just ordered it online from FranticStamper.com I called in my order to give her my payment info. and was asked if I was in a rush to receive it or if I could wait until the end of the week for them to ship since they have extra orders to fill. No problem. I'll have it in plenty of time to work on Halloween cards. Good luck everyone!
I just got Ms mice punch. I wasnt real sure how it would look, it is toooooo cute!!! I like the way the sides unfold now to make the border punches smaller.
I think I will run back tomorrow and get the tombstones.

hi everyone, i am going crazy looking for the spider edge punch from M.S. where else can i look for it?, who else sells martha stewart, Wal-Mart? we have three Michael's close by two don't have them, going to check one more but it's a drive for me...

Hi, Walmart sales that one.. by the way.. they are for sale as a set, "corner + border punch" for $20.00. I saw about 6 diferentes designs.
I got a set of the corner & border Spider Web MS punches for $20 at my Wal-mart. They weren't in the normal punch area wiht the crafts. They were on an endcap in the halloween section. I wouldn't have know to look for them there is I hadn't been checking out all the yummy candy. They had 4 different sets- lop, leaves, spider web & an eyelet looking loop. Great deal!
