TOOT YOUR HORN ON TUESDAY ( LONG )
Hi girls :
After being at leadership I was inspired to take what I seen and heard from others and well I must admit I so loved the" toot your horn on tuesday" and I believe I am seeing such awesome things going on in my group .. this is only the 2nd tuesday we have been doing this and It is sooo awesome I cant tell you all the exciting things my girls are sharing with my group of glitter queens .. 1st of all we all know its all out the relationships we have , especially with our DL and wowzie what a way to bulid on those great relationships or even get a relationship going .. I wanted a way to have my girls talk about mainly their blessing ( count your blessing name them one by one ) BUt more than that if any one of my girls was having a bad day this was a great opportunity to share and have us uplift them as well as share in their happiness over a ws or a child getting over a sickness whatever .. also this lifts the pressure of me always telling them what can happen in their buisness if they have Just 1 ws or have a club , or even sell their hand made items .. this is such an awesome idea and the pressure is off me to always praise SU! and my success because my glitter queens are doing the same as well as me ( counting thier blessing ) weather SU related or personal .. Today I sent out 7 toots of my own .. this may sound like bragging a bit and maybe it is BUT i feel this step in buliing my relationships with my DL is the KEY!! and well I will continue to toot on tuesdays with my girls and I believe they love it as much as I do .. so start your own toot today .. the day is still new and who knows what is in store for your toot to happen .. just be open for all the blessing to come in
