yes Michelle... wish didn't have so much on my "plate" right now would dive right in... then would get sister in laws party in Feb.. last year she hit over $1,000.00 for her first ever party!!! What a suprise my demo had on that one.. her biggest party in all the years she has been a demo!! Well if I was to become one.. what flower set does everyone think is the most versatile one?? I don't really have much except the Watercolor Mini's and the Long Stemmed set...

Newbie also!
I just mailed in my forms this morning to become a demo! I am so excited. I have been a lurker on this site for awhile, and you all have helped me "take the plunge". How long does it take to process the application and get the starter kit -- now that I have decided to do it -- I WANT IT NOW!!!!!

New Demos UNITE!
Congratulations to all of the new Demo's!!
I also am a new demo with my demo# in hand, and I will be standing on the curb next week waiting for BROWN to arrive with one very large starter kit & stampin memories add on kit!
I also plan on unpacking everything, spreading it ALL out on the floor and taking a layout picture of me with all my new SU! goodies. I just might use this picture to make my very first scrapbook page in my new 6x6 album! How's that for a new RECRUITING TOOL IDEA???
Any suggestions on what the title of the scrapbook page should be ? "ME & MY STAMPS" or "STARTING NOW" or ???

thanks So Much!
I've been fooling around with my kit and trying to get a few things lined up for the party. Too many options!!! lol
I have a dear friend in Charleston SC actually. Do you know Natalie? lol
She keeps bugging me to come for a visit and someday I hope to do that. Ontario seems so far away from Charleston!
thanks for the support. I really appreciate it!

Candace, I wish you the best of luck with your "Ultimate Starter Kit"... and your Fall Themes! There are so many choices of stamps & accessories its hard to narrow down an idea for a workshop, isn't it. Last year my demo showed us a glossy card, rolled with the pumpkin spectrum pad and used a halloween set in black... very cute! and my first time seeing the brayer in action!
I am waiting for my starter kit right now, and am quite disappointed because it's taken since JULY 19 to get to this point, and now I'm afraid my kit may be LOST. UPS tracking shows their waiting for Billing info from SU!, and SU says it has been picked up by UPS... Aaaargh, I've been told the only thing I can do is wait the full "7-10 days" and then on 8/19 SU! can reship it if not delivered by then What's a desperate stamper to do?!?!? I can't imagine having to wait another WHOLE WEEK for this! With any luck the package will arrive tomorrow and I will have to eat my words- I hope!!
