Only NC residents pay sales tax. Orders usually get to you in one day, and they often have free offers with large orders! I really like the company and have gotten great service!!!

We have a group who buys our mono refills at Office Depot (formerly Viking). If you go through the large order desk you can get the refills very cheap, and no shipping on orders over $50. You have to order at least 25 refills to use the large order desk. We always buy at least 100, so the price gets very reasonable. Great deal and the service can't be beat.
