Custom Crops
 

I have read in the past that some have been unhappy with Custom Crops but I can't get any information more recent than early in 2011. Could anyone please tell me if they have shopped with this company recently and what your thoughts are? I'm hoping they have improved their business and customer service. TIA,

I don't know what their past history is, but I placed an order with them about a month ago and didn't encounter any problems. I would happily place another order with them.

P.S. I live in the US and that might make a difference; I imagine shipping to Canada would be more expensive and take longer.

I have had nothing but good experiences in shopping at their site.

I ordered within the last year but not lately. The shipping to Canada was reasonable in cost and time to get here. I would definitely order again when they have something that strikes my fancy :-)

I have ordered twice from them and I didn't have any problems. I will order from them again without any worries. I received my order within a couple of days.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I wish I had placed the order yesterday as everything I wanted has gone way up in price today:mad: I live quite close to the US border and have a PO box in the US, so shipping to Canada is not a problem.

I've bought a few things from them in the last couple of months.

Granted they are close to where I live. So I haven't had any problems.

I ordered from them about 3 weeks ago...some markers...it was a satisfactory experience~

Hi I live in Australia and I have ordered from them multiple times. I have been pleased with their service. Their products are great; they are flexible in the postage options and the postage is fairly priced. All products have been received in good order. I find their prices slightly higher than other online stores I use but their reasonable and flexible postage options makes the overall purchase cheaper.

I haven't ordered from them in a while, but my items shipped quickly! I think whatever customer service issues they had in the past have been cleared up!

I just recently ordered from them and I live in Canada... I LOVE this company! my giant order came in 16 days!!! and the shipping was SO cheap! the products I wanted was on sale too!!
