Congratulations, Notimetostamp!!!
I just want to congratulate one of our very own Dirty Girls, Notimetostamp (aka Sharon Johnson) for being published in the summer issue of the Stamper's Sampler!!!! Woo-hoo! Way to go, Sharon! You can find Sharon's beautiful card on page 61 of the mag.
Okay that's it, on my lunch hour I am headed to Al's New Stand....That pretty much is the closest magazine dealer to me right now! How cool is that! Congratulations Sharon....you just keep getting better and better and better....I love it!
Thanks Charlene for the heads up...I am pretty much oblivious to things happening around me and I probably would have missed the big news I am sure!
I have to find this magazine...I don't think I have ever seen it but now I have to get it....way to go Sharon!!!! It's no wonder---your work is fantabolistic! Cannot wait to see it!!!
A very BIG ***CONGRATULATIONS*** from your Biddie buddies!!!! We love everything that Sharon does...and bask in her designlight!!! Okay, sounds a little goofy-- but we really do love and appreciate everything she does!!!

Gee, I just found this thread -- my friend, Deb, deborahlynnes, just emailed me to take a look --
Actually, that was my first card published, so it really was a kick!!! I don't get that mag anymore, tho it has been one of my favs for years, but since being involved with SCS I've let a lot of mag sub's expire (I love this place so much more for ideas, etc.). Anyway, just last night I finally actually got that mag in my hands so I could see it -- and, again, thanks to Deb, she ordered it for me from a store a few hundred miles away -- we can't get it where we live -- thanks, Deb!!!!
Also, in the same mag there is a couple page spread of FABULOUS stuff done by stampersharon, Sharon Harnist, pages 38, 39, 40 -- Faux Sew.
And there is a VERY cool pocket card bookmark by flaxychick, Michelle Giraud, page 50.
I think I just might have to start getting magazines again -- it is so much fun to look and find people you *kind of* know!!!
I still haven't thoroughly read the mag, so if I see more SCSer's, I'll post them here!!!
Thank you all so much for your congrats!!! I will admit, it has been fun!!!
Wow, way to go Sharon!!! I have never been a magazine-buyer, and have not seen one of these, but wishing I could now. Is the card that was published one you've posted her? Or maybe you aren't allowed to. Darn!
Anyway, that is very exciting and awesome news. I haven't heard from you in a while, but I know you must be a very busy gal!!!
As the Managing Editor of The Stampers' Sampler, I'd like to congratulate you! All the work we see is so inspiring! It is a big deal to get published. If you could see the mass amounts of work we receive each day, you would be amazed. You should be very proud of yourself. Thank you for sending us your work
