40% off coupons kill me. I went with my coupon and spent WAY! to much money.

I probably could have bought 1 thing a day this week, and saved $4 a day (I bought mostly stuff in the $10 range) but the drive to Hobby Lobby, and the temptation of buying more stuff every day stuff, wasn't worth the savings.

But I got a background stamp, an alphabet set, a box of acid free markers, a Zision cutter (I went for the centerpede deal, but had read great things about this one), and refill blades, a set of 8.5 x 11 and 12 x 12 cardstock.

Overall, it was a good shopping trip.

I am thinking about getting the smaller paper cutter they had on sale. I am not sure what I want to use my coupon yet, but can't let it go to waste.

Our paper does this for Micheals - and sometimes it is even 50% off! The 40% is every week. We have HL too, but is is farther than Micheals for me. I try not to go - I spend WAY to much there. I went in yesterday because I needed little clear bags to finish my sons valentines and I knew I wouldnt get them in time if I ordered them. Well, I bought 5 4x5 frames they had on sale for 99cents each (these will be great to paint and stamp for an up coming craft show) and 3 $1.00 stamps! It all only came to $10 though - not bad!

Dont know of a single thing that I need.....keep the ideas coming and maybe I will find something I have to have!!!!!

I am not sure what I will get but thanks for the heads up on the coupon. My Michaels will take Hobby Lobby coupons because Hobby Lobby is too far for me to go.

And don't forget that you can print the coupons from HL's website!
