I knew I was going to be in the October issue of Rubber Stamper but I didn't expect to see anything in this issue. My faux postage card is the one they show for what is going to be in the next issue!! That is not the card that they told me was going to be published so if they publish the one they emailed me about I'll have TWO in the next issue!
Stampington also called me and told me that I do have some work being published in Take Ten 5!!!! I can't wait. It was my new years resolution to be published in a magazine this year. Just had to share...I just moved and don't have too many stampin' buddies to tell things to anymore...WOO HOO!!!!
Joy

I want to do that too as a New Years Resolution, but so far, no luck... hmmmm. Stampington did take awhile to get my postcard back to me to say they had got it though, maybe that it a good sign . . . maybe they were thinking about it . . .
AWESOME! Hey, aren't you in San Antonio? There's quite a few SCS's in that area. You just need to pm them & see about getting together! Congrats on getting published!
Congratulations Joy!! I will look you up in the October issue.
There seem to have been a few of us who had the same New Year's Resolution!! If you haven't been published yet, don't give up. I had a few rejections before I got published and it just made me even more determined.
Oh I am very impressed!!! Not merely because your work is being published but because you had the courage to submit work for judgement! I am not nearly that brave. I haven't even submitted work to SU!. I am doing good by sharing my work on here. CONGRATULATIONS!!!! WAY TO GO!
