Default Copic DVD?

I was at my local Hobby Lobby and saw a Copic DVD for $10. It is 21 min long, and I was just wondering if anyone has it and is it worth the $$.

If you have already played w/ copics and have gotten the basics, then I wouldn't say it was worth it. I bought it thinking it would help more, but I had already figured much of this stuff out already on splitcoast.

I bought it with my first set - probably not really worth your while. Mainly it just told you to color in a small, circular pattern. Nothing the lovely ladies of SCS haven't said a thousand times. The online tutorials by some of the bloggers are just as good and *free* Good luck!

If you go to google or youtube and search for 'video copic tutorials' you will find a plethora of them!

I was stupid and bought the DVD and then after I watched it once, I was mad at myself for wasting my money. Like the previous ladies have already said, anything on the DVD you can find on splitcoast. Also, I thought the DVD was more appropriate for cartoon artists. I also need something "in print" because when I watch the DVD, I forget what was on it when its time 'to color' and have to run back to the living room, put the DVD in and watch it again. Ugh! I prefer to just have printed instructions in my craft room.

I would rather buy two copics for $10 and figure out how to use them myself. LOL There are so many tutorials online that are very helpful as well.

Good idea! I never even thought of that even though I was standing right in front of the markers looking at the cd. I think I will be doing some searching online for some tutorials.
