six card & envelope gift box
This template creates a gift box that will house six A2 cards (4" x 5" folded) and envelopes.
I developed this since SU discontinued their die-cut for this purpose.
This template was requested from this upload:
Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
You will need:
one sheet 8" x 11" cardstock, stamped as desired.
paper cutter with scoring blade in place.
 sticky strip adhesive
 half of a velcro dot
 scissors
 optional: small corner rounder
All dimensions are in inches.
1. Score along the 11 side at 3, 3, 8 and 8.
2. Score along the 8 side at , 1, 7 and 7.
3. Cut out flaps as in attachment.
4. (Optional) Use SU small corner rounder on outer flaps, as shown in attachment. To do this you will need to fold up the little interior flaps.
5. Fold along all score lines.
6. The 3 flap is the lower flap. Use sticky strip to adhere this to both side flaps.
7. The 2 flap is the top flap of this box. Use half of a velcro dot as a closure.
Hope this helps!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! You have made my day ... I cannot wait to go home and try this ... I bought the blooming box die cuts from the new catty and was so disapointed when I saw how small they were ... you can fit like 3 post-it pads in there and that is it :( ... this is great!!!
Thank you so much for sharing this!!!

Thanks so much. This works great. I was wondering if there is a template for one that will hold more cards. I would like to send about 10 cards and envelopes for a Christmas gift can any one help?
