LSC164 - Long Tall Sally
Hey yall! Jen isnt feeling well and asked me to Hostess the Challenge for her. Ive scanned through the challenges, and cant remember if weve ever done a long and/or tall card. I did see challenges for 3x3 and 4x4 cards but not for 4x8 cards.
My challenge for you is:
● Make a long and/or tall card measuring at least 4x8. This size card will fit in a
standard letter/business size envelope.
● Limit your layers and embellishments
●
NO Designer Paper (I know this is the second week in a row for this limitation,
but I was in a stampy mood)
Keyword: LSC164
My Sample
LSC164 Gallery
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!
Need help linking a card? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows. One window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Got to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Your done!

Well, golly, I think I'll finally break down and make a long or tall card this weekend! Used to be the #10 size was the only envelope to be found in the house. This of course, was before I started stamping! ;)

Thanks for filling in Sherry. I hope that Jen gets feeling better
I don't think I have ever made a tall card. So it will definitely get me out of my comfort zone.

Lady Rene
It didn't take me long to case a card I received today from a very dear friend. See the attached for the original card from Rene *dewald*.
