WT161 - An Eye on Eyelets
Today's challenge is a rerun from a long time ago...three years to be exact! I'd like you to find ways to use eyelets! I love eyelets and sometimes use them more often than others. I thought it would be fun today to challenge you all to see what kinds of fun you could have with them. Now you can use mini eyelets or larger, jumbo eyelets. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you can use grommets too. After all...they're really just SUPER eyelets on steroids! LOL What ever you do...have fun and think of ideas you don't usually do. That's what this challenge is all about...thinking up new ideas and challenging yourself!
Please remember to put WT161 in your keywords section and post a link back here. As usual...please link NEW creations for this challenge and feel free to make as many as you wish. Can't wait to see what you do!

Whoa! Am I first again? We must be on the same schedules
I like eyelets... will play after work.
Here's
my card . This was fun to do... I need to break out my eyelets more often. I think they look good with the cowboy boots.

Oooh, got some new stuff from Mr. Brown yesterday, and I think I've got the perfect idea! I might need to eat some breakfast first so I don't pass out while stamping, but then I'll get to it! Thanks, Julia!

I Jazzed up a pair of our 2 yr old DD's jeans. I did the front and back pockets with MM large eyelets in the spring colors. The large eyelets worked best on this fabric and with the crop-a-dile this project was a breeze.
Hard to keep her still so the photo is a slight blurr, but what a fun project to try.

Hi! Well, Julia...I got a BIT carried away with the eyelets, and I was laughing like a crazy woman thinking how funny Hicky the Hippo's bottom looked! And believe me, I need a good laugh!

I don't use eyelets much. Even with a Crop-a-dile they're a pain to set
But when Julia challenges us to use them, I just gotta. Thanks, Julia!
