Not sure if this is the same box, but Lauren made the sweetest one. It has a basket and box to go with it, and she shares a template too (man she is GOOD!):

Wow cute! I'm gonna make these with my daughter fot valentines day but I'll put a lollipop in it first. I made it into an svg file to cut with my cricut. Can I share this file? I don't know who to ask because I've seen a couple simialar templates from different people. Any thoughts?

I think you can share it. As long as you aren't making a profit from it.
