First - I want to address the poll I conducted last week.
I have decided that due to the overwhelming response in one direction that I will continue to use SU only colors. I will try to list a main color if I use one of the In Colors. However, you are always more than welcome to use any other company's cardstock if that is what you have! Try to pick something similar and go with it! I have never been picky about that - the idea is to get you to use a combo you might not have reached for on your own. The exact colors are not the priority. (of course, try to get as close as possible to the colors listed!)
Thank you all for sharing your opinions!
Now for this week! This combo was suggested by my husband. He got it from the SU color wheel and made me a card yesterday using it. I thought he really made the glorious green look less hideous and he said it should be the color challenge combo. So here it is!
Please put CC161in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here!
As always, I am open to suggestions for future color challenges! Please pm me if you have one. DO NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL!! If you do not include a sample, it is harder for me to use it! I will probably not respond, as I get several, but I save them for future reference!
I think it looks like fun, I personally like Glorious Green even though it's a little hard to work with. So, Miss Emily, when are we ever going to have a CC with Lovely Lilac? It's feeling left out since it's the ONLY SU color to have never appeared on the weekly CC!
Ok, I will come up with something for next week using it. I'm not much of a purple girl.....
I'm just a teensy bit AR....yes, Lovely Lilac is the only color that hasn't been featured. Might I suggest putting it with Pixie Pink and Tempting Turquoise?
I love purple too, so yay I am glad to hear it will be on the stamping horizon soon.
Wow, imagine if we really knew the color challenges A WEEK AHEAD. I am a sloooooowwwww stamper and sometimes it takes a while for me to think of the idea! Anyway, I really do appreciate that the challenges are posted daily because they make me stamp instead of think
Thanks!

Before Cool Caribbean retired, I wanted to make my own spectrum pad with it and Pixie Pink and Lovely Lilac. For some reason I just like that color combination. Ok, enough posting, time to go stamp! I gots an idear!
WHEW!! This color challenge was definitely a challenge for me........but I really do enjoy these that make me have to get out of my little zone!! Thanks so much for another great challenge!! I combined it with yesterday's Stacked Ribbon challenge too.......gotta catch up!!
This is gonna be a challenge for me! Guess that's why they're called challenges huh? Thanks Emily.

I really don't like this card, but I'm sure it stems from the fact that glorious green is one of the last colors I would ever pick for a card. Thanks, for making me use it today, Emily:

man...I am not sure I even own any glorious green. I know I don't have a stamp pad. I might have a piece or two of paper. Hmmm...will have to think about this one.

Okay this is really a challenge--I had to get those 3 colors out and lay them where I could see them--working on an inspiration--hopefully I will be back with something, but it is going to take some thinking!! Thanks for strecthing us creatively!! It is good to work outside the box!!
