She says on her blog that once she sends you confirmation that she has them available you have to order them within 48 hours. When you actually order and pay for them you can use your coupon.

Didn't take me long to hop right over there and get my name added to the pre-order list. I was hoping that cutathome would do this. I have been looking for more info every day since learning about the new mega nesties coming out. Woo! Hoo! Can you tell I'm excited!!
"PLEASE NOTE ABOUT THE VIP COUPON!! I know I am going to get a lot of questions about this, so listen up! You can�t use the VIP coupon on the pre-order - only on the actual order! For example, if you pre-order the NEST 07 in March, you can not use the March VIP coupon. You have to wait for the item to arrive at Spellbinders before you can place your order. I will notify you when it is available and you will have 48 hours to place your order. You will then place your order, and enter your VIP coupon for the current month in the order comments section, like you always do. All the pre-order does is give me an idea of how many of which items I need to order and gives you the opportunity to be one of the first ones to have it! We don�t have any information on the size of the Long Rectangles yet. All we know is they are bigger than the Classic Rectangles and the other Megabilities are 4�6."
So this means, you preorder now. There is no charge to preorder. You are just putting your name on the list to be one of the first ones allowed to order. If you use your March coupon and they arrive in March, it wouldn't work, since you are only allowed one coupon per month. But, if they arrive in April and you haven't used your coupon. Marcie emails you, You place your order and use your coupon like you always do.

Has anyone seen anything done with the mega nestabilities? I think someone had made a card a couple months ago and put a photo on a blog but I don't remember who it was or when I saw it.
Anyway, I did a search on the gallery here but only cards made with the "old" nesties came up.

Update. I received the email that I could order and I did ASAP without thinking about it. Hopefully they will be here soon.
Thanks Lorie and Molly Glad to know the long rectangles would fit with the mat that I have, they (12 x 12 mat and 5 x 7 white spacer) were both a bit pricey at $24.
