If I joined this group only 4 days ago and I can't stop reading/posting how much time is everyone else spending here?
It's an addiction that I don't mind but I can see it cutting into my stamping time in the future.
You'd think that I didn't have friends, family or stuff to do the way I surf around this site!!
Well, if you break your home computer (raises hand) then you can surf at work and stamp at home. I think I have this page open most of my 9 hours at the office.

Seriously tho, most of us spend more time on here than anywhere else and this is the FIRST thing I check in the am and the pm (this is also my homepage...kicked msn to the curb baby!). I am guilty of having more than one window open at a time. I have a window open to the msg board, the gallery, and then my yahoo mail. I'm bad I know. I just click back and forth between the three...hey, I have dial up! Who wants to wait for a page to load? Yeah, that sounds good...who wants to wait for a page to load. Gotta remember that next time my dh asks me why I have so many windows open at once.

Welcome! ! As my husband says frequently, "You ladies just need to get a life!" What he doesn't understand is that next to being his wife and the kids mom, stamping is my life. Yes, some may find this a sad fact, but it keeps me happy!

IF I did need help, this is the LAST place I'd come! Just when I convince myslef I have enough rubber, someone posts something that I NEED! Thank goodness, I'm just fine and don't need any help! Welcome edie32. A quick recommendation - don't eat or drink anything while here! Unless, you have an unlimited supply of keyboards and/or monitors!
Oh Pam! Good advice! I totally forgot about that rule. NEVER, I mean NEVER eat or drink while reading posts! Actually, some times you need also be careful even in the gallery. Well, okay, NEVER eat or drink while anywhere on this site...... if you want to keep your keyboard and monitors that is!
It was easy to figure out not to eat or drink while reading.
Some people are TOO funny. I'm sure I'd be spitting and spilling in no time.
I can't run the risk of loosing computer parts. We only have 1. Luckily he is a computer tech so he can fix just about anything that does die.
We're saving up for a second computer. I'm TIRED of sharing with my husband who likes to play games. He logs me off to save memory and then I can't check mail.
He was unemployed for the last 6m. He's had a job 1m and we're still trying to get back on our feet.
I can't live without e-mail. I just love how you can check it when you have a minute. I hate to be tied to the phone to talk.
Luckily I type quickly.
Yup, it's just after noon here on the East coast. Gotta go do my mommy thing and feed my kid and run some errands. I bet I'll be back later...

I NEED HELP???? I'm pretty sure if I did a search on spit or spew and monitor or keyboard that your name would show up! I have soiled neither my keyboard nor my monitor! My name would also show up in some of the search results as my humor has been known to be spew-worthy on occassion! Then, we could always compare the number of posts each of us has. Let's see.... yup, just as I thought... you have more than double the number that I do.
It's a good thing you nose doesn't grow when you tell a lie! Otherwise, you'd have a pile of monitors with holes punched in them from when you say that you don't need help. The truth is you do need help - you just don't want any!! :lol:

Dang, Pam.... nothing like tough love baby! Yes, I do blame you for some of the spew of coffee stains on my monitor! But, I don't drink anymore while here!
Okay, Okay, so I will admit it. I might be here almost everyday. I might spend too much time here. I just might.... be ADDICTED. But you are right.... I don't NEED help! ;)

Very addicted! It's crazy! I almost feel bad for people when I tell them about this site, because I know their productivity is going to go right down the tubes!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did get 5 RAK's done for my challenge this morning and even got try some new techniques...but let me tell you...the whole time I was thinking about SCS and wondering if I had any PM or new comments to posts I had looked at!!!!!!!! Yup, it's bad!
My mom swears up and down that stamping must be a cult because that's all I talk about! Sometimes I think she might be right for as much time as I spend doing stamping or stamping releated activities (this site!).
