Hi Lisa! Welcome! I know everyone here will be kind. Really you don't have anything to fear except a wrecked budget from all the stamps and supplies you will now have to buy!
I was VERY excited to see you are in Kodiak! My parents were married in Kodiak . . . and I kind of lived there too because my Mother was pregnant with me when they left there! Are you a native?
Nope not a native the Coast Guard brought me here 3 1/2 years ago. I absolutely love it here. I'm from SC and it was a major cultrue shock but now I don't think you could pay me to go live back home. I say Alaska is my home.
Hey Lisa - The Navy took my parents to Kodiak . . . they had some culture shock too but they LOVED it. They have not visited since they left . . . I would love to give them a trip back for their 50th wedding anniversary in 2010! I guess I need to save some money for that instead of spending it all on rubber stamps!!

VIRGIN
Hello and welcome...Alaska huh? My husband thinks it would great to go there...says he has heard that it is beautiful...??? is he right?
back to stamping... this place is perfect...but does tend to make you spend money and requires a lot of time...
Welcome Virgin! Just know you won't wear that sign for long.
You are going to stay a really long time here! Good luck! My brother just took a bike trip (harley) with two other guy to Alaska from here in SE Texas. He was gone I think six weeks. Been home for four & hasn't rode his bike since ;) !
It won't take Lisa long to slip into the 'addicted' state. She has some real artistic talent. I am glad I was the one who got her hooked.. it just took one relaxing afternoon of making one simple card. She did awesome!
