Please help - Dirty Dozen gallery question
I am not able to see the Dirty Dozen gallery any longer. Do you automatically lose access if your subscription/donation runs out? I can not remember when I made my donation. Also, How do I renew it? Do I just send money through Paypal again or is there another process for renawals?
I have enjoyed the Dirty Dozen gallery and think that it is worth the donation. Thank you for the help.

Hi, Kim!
If you'll click on your UserCP, then scroll down on the left side menu, you'll see "Paid Subscriptions" button. Click on that and it should lead you to what you need to do/know to renew your subscription.
Daven is working on renewals going out, but I'm not sure how far along he is in that process.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. My subscription did expire in August so I was able to take care of that before the 15th! I was not sure where to look and how to renew so thanks for helping me out with that. I look forward to all of your creations each month as well as all of the other talented artists on the DDteam.

I AM NEW TO THIS GROUP AND TRYING TO FIND MY WAY AROUND. WHERE WOULD I LOOK TO SEE IF THERE IS ANY DIRECTIONS TO THE CARD THAT THE IMAGE GLIDES ACROSS THE PAGE, NOT THE SPINNER CARD. ON THIS ONE IT IS PULLED WITH A RIBBON. THERE WAS ON IN ONE OF THE RECENT MAGAZINES THAT SOMEONE SHOWED ME AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE MAGAZINE ON THE NEWS STAND. THE USED THE SU SET THAT HAS THE GIRL ON THE SCOOTER.

Resources (next to forums at the top) has the tutorials and techniques. I didn't see it there, but perhaps I overlooked it. You could always do a search (a couple inches down on the right side of your screen) of the forums for it and perhaps someone has posted the directions. I don't know the proper name or I would search it for you.

Carol,
Make sure you are logged in.
Click on the gallery link (right next to home) along the very top menu bar of this page.
You'll see the gallery index listings.
EDITED: The very first listing is Fan Club/Dirty Dozen Gallery. Click on that.
(Jenn just moved it to the top to help make it easier to spot! :grin: )
That should take you right on in there to all the Fan Club/Dirty Dozen Gallery listings.
Also, any SCS Team Member, Admin, and moderator will gladly help if you PM them directly. Unfortunately, our eyes don't catch every post for help due to the thousands of posts that occur daily. :(
If you continue to have problems accessing the gallery, please PM any of the above for further assistance.

Also, Carol, if you'll scroll further down, below the Miscellaneous heading in your User CP sidebar, you'll see "Paid subscriptions". Your subscription is there, you just might have looking in the wrong spot to see it?

Well, I was logged on hon. and still could not find it. but now
I do...go figure...has anyone else had this problem?..where it
will show up and other times it doesn't?....I know it sounds
crazy but that is what it does to me!!...aarrgghh...

Hi, Carol! If it's there and not there. . .try logging out, and then log back in, making sure to click the box that keeps you logged in. That should help!

Concerning "Fan Club, Dirty Dozen Gallery", when I click on the
file "Last Comment" OR "Last Photo Upload" I get this message:
"You do not have permission to view the images in this category."
When I try to find that photo after going into the DD gallery- my page is not updated to recent photos. I have tried rebooting and resigning back in.
But nothing seems to work. HELP!!

That could be because the 'latest photos' are for next Months gallery..kwim? they are uploading projects for the next reveal. You have to go to a specific month in the list. None of us except the DD girls get to see the latest photo uploads.....and maybe gallery mods. |
