I don't know if this goes here or not. If not, sorry. If so, here goes...
I ordered a set of Spica pens (love them!) and two paper packs from Ellen's store. Then I realized that being a me of little brain, I already had one of the paper packs. So I emailed to tell them that I was a dolt and to ask that they remove that pack from my order.
I didn't get a reply, but I did get a shipping confirmation with just the one paper pack listed and an adjusted price. Two days later, a beautifully packed packet arrived in my mailbox with the desired paper pack and my lovely new bling-makin' pens.

I ordered a set from her store and when it came, one of the items was missing. I was a little apprehensive as it is hard to "prove a negative" -- but I emailed with the issue and received a phone call from one of Ellen's staff and the missing item was in my hot little hands a few days later.
It so pays to shop where there is top notch service and Ellen rates A+ in my book.

I sent my mom there for my Christmas gift (Nestablities) and she helped my mom understand her purchase as well as pick out everything I needed.

ELLEN is DA BOMB.. she is as AMAZING as she sounds on her blog.. even nicer if that is possible? her service is PHENOM, her kindness is boundless and her techniques? well.. I think I Will stop her cuz I can go onnn and onnnn and onnnn

It just can't get any better than Ellen! She's the bomb! I needed something asap and found out she lives near me and she let me come over to her house and pick it up. Well instead of picking up one thing, I came home with tons of great stuff! She took the time to show me lots of new things and how to use them, let me "shop" in her area with all her goodies and was just a nice, great person all around! Even all the ladies working away in her shop couldn't have been nicer. I guess nice people gather other nice people around them. One class act! I kinda felt like I had met a SCS celebrity! (for the record, "Fame" has not gone to her head!)
Thanks Ellen and for anyone thinking of ordering from her store, go for it! Doesn't get better anywhere else.
I {heart} Ellen...not so sure DH would echo that sentiment, however. I am impatiently waiting for his next paycheck so I can get me some more Copics...very impatiently waiting.
