I got two emails that my order(s) shipped which was strange since I only placed one order, but then, I thought, maybe the second one was the free set for having bought at least 12 sets last year. If that's the case, I'm going to be a happy, happy stamper very soon!
Has anyone seen the free set yet?

new PTI?
I hope that when I get home from work the USPS will have braved the four snowflakes that we had today and deliver my PTI and my Nestabilities AND my new CB folders! Have I been bad or what! I even deleted my ucutathome February 40% VIP coupon so that I wouldn't be tempted to order more stuff til March! The Nestabilities was an order that I placed in January, so that doesn't really count, now does it? ;)

I think mine will be here tomorrow. They sent me a shipped notice on Monday and it doesn't usually take long to get here. I wonder when they will send out the sheets of corrected stamps for Out on a Limb?

Ohhh I'm so jealous of those who have already received their PTI! I ordered and got an email that it shipped on Monday ... so hopefully I get it by tomorrow or Thursday???
Sadly, I won't be getting the anniversary set (boohoooo - me crying! LOL). I can't wait to see it though!  __________________

My new sets (2 of them) came today, along with some of the new ink, paper, and ribbon. Everything is beautiful! I've already tried out the Women of Life set for today's color challenge ( here). It's getting late, so I guess the other set will have to wait until tomorrow. Hope everyone else's stuff arrives soon! |

Mine is supposed to arrive on Friday. It's so hard to wait!!!
I love their customer service though. After placing a rather large order I realized I forgot to order the two new ink pad colors, so I placed a second order. Of course, since it wasn't $40, I had to pay shipping. In the "comment" section I asked if they would ship the ink pads with the rest of my order so I wouldn't have to pay shipping, and they did! I checked my credit card, and they didn't charge me shipping on the ink pads. How awesome is that!

My order was just delivered to my office and it is beautiful!
I got the Women of Life set, the cardstock, grosgrain ribbon and ink in both colors and a pack of the white cardstock because I always need that
And darned if I wont get a chance to stamp anything until Friday night! |

Yours must have been the one exception to the rule Nichole did that she talked about on the PTI forum. Usually they are unable to combine orders because orders are picked and sealed so quickly that it would slow things down too much to do it. Lucky woman! Enjoy your new goodies!

I'm so bummed- I ordered mine last weekend, got a notice they would ship Tuesday, and still nothing today! No complaints with PTI, I've just always rec'd my orders in 2-3 days. I'm sure it is the PO's fault!

I got my order today! Woo hoo... so glad it came on the weekend so I had time to play. I got the new CS, new ink & satin ribbon, "Everyday Blessings" and I had never gotten "Beautiful Blooms" so I got that set too. |

The holiday weekend followed by lots of yucky winter weather in Ohio probably slowed the USPS up. My orders usually take two days (I'm just north of Cinci), and this time it took four.
I clicked the WRONG ITEM on my order. I got my stamps, the gridded acrylic block, and sticker sheets as expected, but instead of clicking on the stampers select paper when placing the order, I got a pack of cards and envies! Now, I'm sure these will be just lovely, but I wanted the paper. Darn, guess this means another order, which of course will require spending at least $40 to get free shipping, 'cause what's the point otherwise, honestly! I really ought to be more upset about this...:-D |

I received both of my orders on Thursday,one came UPS,(which unfortunately my husband opened it before I was home) and the other order came thru the mail (which he did not se). the colors are just beautiful, and the ribbons are the best that I have ever bought.oh my poor check book!!! |

I just received my first order on Saturday. I got Spiral Bouquet, Ambassabor Monograms and Borders & Corners Monogram edition. I used them yesterday and they are amazing! I love how crisp the images are, the quality of the stamp and the ease of storage. I'm off to place another order!

PTI Question
Hi Ladies - maybe you can help me. I ordered from PTI on Feb 18th and got a confirmation e-mail, but when I click on the status link it doesn't even show my order as processing. I'm trying to be patient, but they've already taken the payment out of my bank account so I'm basically just wondering if maybe they don't always update the status but they really have processed the order? About how long does it usually take to ship once you get the confirmation? TIA!

Thanks - I was leaning that direction, but I read previously on some sort of FAQ section or an old blog post by Nichole that there are only 3 people and the inbox gets overloaded. I just didn't know what a reasonable expectation would be. Like I said - trying to be patient. Thanks!

I ordered some of the 110 lb. CS everyone is raving about. I must say, it certainly is a wonderful weight! However, I was a bit disappointed that the corner on one side of the stack got a bit crushed during shipping. Looks kind of tacky on the finished card. :(

I haven't received the anniversary set or the replacement sheet for Out on a Limb that Nichole said was going to be shipped. Has anyone else got that one either? I think I know why they are sending it. I used the "love you to the moon and back" stamp for Valentine's Day and it never stamped correctly.
