Default Where can you find clear boxes for storing stamps?

Besides the new SU ones in their new catalog this year. Does anyone have them cheaper? Thanks.

I live in New Mexico -- not sure where you live. Anyway, there is a paper supply store called XpedX, and they carry all of the sizes of plastic cases that SU! carries, and they are all $1.09 apiece. The only kind they do not carry are the ones with dividers in them. Their web page is: www.xpedx.com. You may want to see if you can order online from them.

Wow, we have an XpedX in Rochester, NY. I was stupid and threw out my old boxes years ago not knowing I'd later want them to sell my sets... I'll definitely be checking to see if our store carries those boxes. Thanks!!

Smile Good News, Bad News

I just checked with the xpedx (and thier sister store Arveys) stores in Cincinnati and while they do not carry the plastic cases like Stampin Ups Stamp cases :( they do carry plastic paper storage boxes 2 inches high in both 8.5X11 ($2.05) and 12x12 ($2.65). I'm going to check it out tonight.

At a dollar store recently I came across clear and white empty video cases for 19 cents each. I found them great for making up sets of non SU stamps. I have sentiments in one, seasonal in another, leaves in another.

I have even stamped pretty covers and slipped them into the clear sleeves, scoring so the cardstock would bend easily on the spine, and used them to give gift sets of cards to friends.

They stack neatly, just like SU boxes, and are sturdy.

Hope this helps.
