Help with Magnolia website.

Ladies I need some help, I go to this site

to look at magnolia stuff but I can't navigate thru the site because there are no scroll bars for me to use. How do I look at the stamp, how do I purchase the stamps if I want to buy them. Anyone else out there having a problem navigating the site?

Are you still having problems? I had no problem accessing it. Perhaps refresh or clear out your history. Can you tell me what you do see (and what browser you're using) and perhaps I can be of assistance.

I found too..this site is very hard to manouver around..i finally did get to see the stamps..but very confusing..lol..not sure how to figure out the prices or shipping..i love them..they are adorable..so as soon as i can get more on this site as how to get them..i will wait..loves ya

A small area where it says convert currency, little bit of magnolia, but there is now way so scroll up or down, just a small scroll from side to side. Where do I click to get to the stamps?

I never buy directly from Magnolia. I wait instead until they come to other Swedish e-stores. I`m not to happy with the company and their way to charge and treat costumers.
There are a lot of other stores in Sweden who has got the stamps too.
Because the stamps are GORGEOUS....

I agree, this is thee worst company I have had dealings with in 7 years in this trade.
These stamps are so popular, if not no one would put up with such bad service. Dont use paypal, it makes things even slower, many complaints to paypal by girls who never get the stamps they paid for. My advice buy Maganolia stamps they are lovely but dont buy from Dreamcottage.

The DT are the best of the bunch, Inge is fanastic and the other girls too, they are burstin with talent.

I can never figure out the Magnolia site either and I am on their design team. Anyway, you can also find them here http://www.funkykits.co.uk/catalog/i...acturers_id=21. Very easy to deal with and they will answer your emails. They also have the cute Sugar Nellie stamps and I got 2 of those from them and got them in a week. Good luck!

Well i just had to tell ya..i sent an e-mail to Funkykits..they replied pronto!! with answers to my question..very impressed was i..lol..now i had 1 more question as to wether they ship to Canada..keeping my fingers crossed..lol.loves ya

Ladies, I agree that the Magnolia sight is hard to navigate! When you go to the site there is a very light colored "Magnolia Stamps" at the very top of the page. If you click on that it will take you to another page and you must arrow down a bit to come to the different stamps. They are listed by category and year etc. Cute stamps!

I also love the Magnolia stamps but did not know where to get them. I just checked the funky kits site and it states that they will soon be receiving their last order from Magnolia. I guess that means we won't be able to get much longer from Funky kits? Also, I could not find anywhere to convert the prices from British, I don't know where they are located but there also is a statement they do not ship international. Anyone know if they might be in Canada and will ship to U.S.? And how to do it? Thanks --- Sandy

I just checked for you , they dont send Magnolia internationally :( Ithink this is beause they have so much work with the new Sugar Nellie stamps and even tonight with a new range out they close off the rest of the web shop just to have sugar nellie stamps, last time I missed out and they were all sold out very quick, tonight I and stilling waiting for 8pm UK , that's in 30 mins

Well I must be lucky. I placed an order online with Dreamcottage direct for seven of their beautiful Tilda stamps. Converted to AU Dollars as directed and paid by PayPal, and I received my parcel two weeks later all the way from Sweden to Northern Territory Australia. I was very impressed with the service. As where I live it sometimes takes one week to get my parcels from interstate. Will definitely be placing another order as soon as the new stamps are released.

Funky Kits told me that they would only sell/ ship the Sugar Nellies outside of the UK ... not the Magnolia stamps.. I sure don't know why!!!! I inquired , but that is what they told me.

Just to let you know. If anyone has an online store to suggest re the Magnolia stamps , please let me know.

I checked out the Magnolia site - but how do you scroll down to actually see more than half of the site?? I sure couldn't figure it out!!!

Thank you for the suggestions. I could not get into the dreamcottage.com website, it defaults to something irrelevant. A search engine suggests dreamcottage.nu and that site gets stuck in a "loading" mode so no luck there. However, I was able to get to the Silly Monkey website but a good majority of the nicer stamps are out of stock. I have sent an e-mail and am waiting for a response regarding how/when they restock and what their shipping requirements are. Thank you everyone for your suggestions. Sandy

After hours of having no luck with the Magnolia website and a huge headache! lol Because I could not get it to work, I found the MegaHobby website and ordered from there. They have a lot of the Magnolia stamps about 15 pages. They are all on EZ mount and they do ship to US. It was a little costly it came out to about $11 a stamp(but I don't know what Magnolia charges either!) When you get to Paypal it tells you the cost in US funds at the bottom. I did email them and they were very quick to get back to me, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that all will be ok! They were very nice and fast to deal with! I have been trying to get these stamps forever it seems. And Funkykits does not mail them to the US at anytime at all. They only will mail the SugarNellies. Hope this helps! Christine

i ordered a bunch of magnolia stamps from dream cottage used paypal and currencybar and had my stamps within 14 days they are not good at responding to your email but i did get the stamps

I was just in the website for the first time and had a wonderful ordering experience. I went to dreamcottage.nu, then selected English. On that first page, on the left side, I went through the Select Currency. After that I just clicked on {New}Magnolia design and got all the categories. The scroll bar is right next to the images - not on the very far right of the screen.

You cannot believe how much finding Magnolia stamps means to me right now. A dear friend has a three-year old little girl going through chemo. Her little cheeks are all puffy and swollen. It will mean so much to her to see these very cute stamps that look just like her!! If you are reading this, please say a quick prayer for Kasey, her mom Katie (who is also dealing with MS), her big sister Sarah and her dad Steve (who can't be there all the time as he is an airline pilot)

I went searching for that website and it is megahobby.de (not the US one for model airplanes and such!). I would be very wary from ordering from that site - there is next to NO information about them, shipping policies, etc. I'm going to keep looking for other sites.

I mentioned this to my nearest stamp shop near me & they must have look into it and now stock them!. Yes Magnolia is a pain to deal with , but worth it, there stamps are awsome.

They are popular too, but difficult to keep in stock.

Tried to contact this company, they didn't answer any of my questions regarding how to place a order or see there product. Ended up ordering directly from Magnolia and had my order shipped a few days later. I found dealing with Magnolia the better way to go!
