I got my letter today that said I could choose two free stamp sets - WOOHOO!!! My first inclination was to go for the two most expensive sets in the book but now I'm looking at all of your samples and all the other sets and I have no idea what to do! LOL
I know I want an alphabet set so that takes care of one of them. But what about the other? I only have the stamp sets that came in the starter kit plus two others - Greetings Galore and Flaky Friends.
I would go for In Full Bloom or Watercolor Garden 2 only because I did not care for Fresh Flowers and would have liked to have had a more grown up flower set. Mini Mates is good, too, though!

Congratulations Stacey on earning your two sets!!!!
I have another month to earn mine and have been
wondering the same thing.
I like the Everyday Flexible Phrases myself, because there
are so many uses for them. I am also planning on getting
Bold Butterflys since I plan to do my guest room walls like they
are in the catty.
I will probably change my mind several times between now and then.
But it sure is fun trying to decide !!!
Have fun.
Wendy
I just got to pick mine two weeks ago, but it took me at least three weeks to make up my mind. I ended up getting Lovely Leaves and Botanicals, but still wanted In full Bloom and the Flutterbys and DD Daisy. I decided to hold off on ordering an alphabet set since I'm not planning to demo any scrapping any time soon. Another wonderful set that I substituted for in my kit is Lovely as a Tree. It's so versatile. Take a look at the samples in the gallery. They'll make you want it. The good news is that they came about 5 days from when I'd ordered them.
I'd vote for Everyday Flexible Phrases. It's an expensive set, plus it has year round greetings. I use mine ALL the time. I don't know what I did without it.
Simple Type and Newsprint Alphabet are both double alphabets that would go well with it, too. Any double alphabet would be a good choice...they're really nice to have, but the initial bite is hard to take.
I'd agree with the people who said Everyday Flexible Phrases. It's expense is hard to justify if you have to pay for it, but getting it free takes care of that! I use mine ALL THE TIME, don't know how I lived before I had it. After that I would go for Bold Butterfly, I just got mine last night and spent all night playing with it!

I just called and picked mine yesterday!! WooHoo!!
I picked Everyday Flexible Phrases, expensive and has so many uses, and one of the Double Alphabet sets.
I figured I'd get the most use out of them and couldn't justify spending that much money if I had to pay for them myself.
I have to submit my vote for Roses in Winter. I do want Everyday Flex Phrases for myself, but I think it'd be hard to sell that to others. Whereas everyone loves Roses in Winter when they see it demoed. And I love to use it. I make my business cards with that set.

I hope I reach mine......I have the month of October. I think I will get it....I'm only a couple hundred away!
But......being as I was not sure I already bought Flexi phrases...so it will be a double alpha set and either Wonderful Wings or another. I have bought almost everything on my Wish List already. I love my discount!!

I'm just waiting on my letter so I can get my two free stamp sets too!!!!
I'm going EXPENSIVE of course.....but I know I will use the ones I have chosen....which are Everyday Flexible Phrases and Simple Type Alphabet. I already have one double alpha but you can never have enough...especially if you scrapbook! I had debated on Sketch It or Stipple Celebrations but I guess in the end, I will go with what I've chosen. So I hope that letter comes QUICK!!! Just the waiting to get them will take forever I'm sure too!!!!!

I would to choose expensive, I got everyday flexible phrases but than borrwed it from a friend and ended up not liking it, ( my personal choice), so maybe soemthing like watercolor garden, or Travles abroad, or Parisian plaza They are all great sets really, so only getting two choices makes it tough. Good luck

As long as your name is on the list posted on the website, you don't have to wait until your letter arrives to order... just call up DS! I did that yesterday and my Shapes & Shadows and All Year II are on their way! I was really agonizing over Everyday Flexible Phrases, but I wasn't sure how much I'd use it.
OH good.....I will call them then---I didn't know we could do that! Otherwise I would be waiting and waiting I'm sure for that little 'ol letter to come up to Canada!!! *LOL*
Enjoy your Shapes and Shadows----I bought that before the catalog came out and I love that set---I use it a lot.

I got my letter right before the new catty came out. I picked two double alphabet stamps--I do a lot of scrapbooking. I didn't want to wait until the new catty came out but now I wish I had. I still would've gotten a double alpha set but would have picked Everyday Flexible Phrases too.
I am waiting on my letter too. I already have Roses in Winter and Every day flex phases but it is not cut out. DH bought them for me in my first order. I am going to get the daisy one and maybe bold butterflies.
I would defentily get and Alphabet set and Flexible phrases. I have sold at least 2 of these at workshops just by using them. Some people never even saw them in the catty. Lots of uses!!!!
I ordered mine today! I ordered Flexible Phrases, Simple Type Alphabet, Springtime Fun, Crayon Kids. I went for the big bang for the buck. I have a 2 year old and I think the last 2 will be good for stuff for her. Simple Type and Flexible Phrases are the same typeface and will work well together...

Congratulations!
I chose Shapes and Shadows (LOVE IT!) and Seaside Sketches (I think that's the name). I use Shapes and Shadows ALL the time.
I received mine in August.
I just got mine about a month and a half ago, and I got Everyday Flexible Phrases and Wonderful Wings. They are both ones that I probably would not have gotten if they were not FREE! I love them both, and am so glad I got them! Let us know what you decide on!

Well, you know you want an alpha set, so there is one, I would probably choose AYC 2 or AYC 3, this will give you a good start as you add to your image collection. take care! Helen
i got everyday flexible phrases because of the cost and i got an all year cheer I after i ordered it i thought that was soooo stupid, with the phrase set i could probably make those same word sets from the flexible set. think it out long and hard.
congrats too!!
