Default ATC Adhesive

What kind of glue/adhesive do you use to glue two layers of cardstock together? I am finding that I am going through the tape runners like crazy. Is there something better?

Another vote for the ATG. I used to use two-sided tape which worked great, the ATG is just faster.

If it is on a card, the ATG. If it is going to be die cut or something like a book, where I want the WHOLE thing adhered, I run it thru the xyron 900.

Another ATG fan, much cheaper and fast and easy.

I love my Scotch Brand Quick Dry in the red and purple bottle. I just got some Mono-multi in the green bottle on my SU order and haven't had much time to use it yet but I think I'm really going to like it! The quick dry works just great if you don't over apply! The tips are really small to help control that. I find the glue soooo much more economical. I used go through tons of tape runner and the cards didn't stay together well.

If I need to adhere something heavier I have a tape runner from Mono called Craft and Bond and it's like super sticky in a dispenser. Kinda pricey but worth it on special items.

I also use the ATG.

But for YEARS I used Alliens (sp) tacky glue. It's just white glue. I didn't use it on photos for scrapbooking, I don't think it's acid free, but for just two cardstock layers on a card or ATC I used it. I still break it out once in a while. It's crazy cheap and holds really well. You can get it at any craft store.

I love Creative Memories tape runners - SUPER strong.
I'm intrigued by the ATG thingie. Which "model" does everyone use? And which tape refill does everyone use?

I have the regular ATG gun from framingsupplies.com and I use the ATG Gold (acid-free) 1/4" refills. I also wish I'd got mine years ago!

I have the new red 714 that I use with the 1/4" gold refill also. I chose the 1/4 over the 1/2 because it is much easier to adhere ribbon with the skinnier stuff. HTH
