Default ? about SU website for demos

Does anyone know if customers will be able to order product online from a demo's website any time soon? Is this in the works?

I know that other companies with consultants allow you to order online and ship directly to your home. The CM consultants tell me this has increased their business.

I am considering becoming a SU demo.

At this time there has been no announcement from Stampin' up! that on-line ordering will become available to customers. However, a customer can always e-mail an order to a demo and the demo can have the order shipped directly to the customer, which in my mind is really no different than ordering directly from the Stampin' Up! web site.

In fact, going through the demonstrator is sometimes more helpful than placing an order directly. I've had many customers send me an e-mail order that included craft ink pad numbers when they wanted a classic ink pad or included wheels but no handle -- a website order system would not be able to catch these errors and omissions like a demonstrator can.

thanks Diane. I guess email would probably work as well.

I hope they do consider this in the future.
