I just had this problem too for my dd's black and pink Sweet 16 party until I called my uncle that owns a printing company and asked him to make them;)
I just knew that 120 invitations was too much for me.
I am excited to see everyones ideas though so I can say "why didnt I think of that"...

is there a theme? rock n' roll, music notes? dance?
start w/ an icon that is her favorite, use that as the focal point on the invite.
luau/beach theme?
I just did this invite for my cousin's daughter's sweet 16 party. It is a "Hollywood/Red Carpet" themed party. I did 70 of them and it took me 7-8 hours - that included addressing and stuffing envelopes. My cousin and her daughter loved them!

Michael's carries black background paper with white polka dots, I know this because I'm using the paper to cover nugget boxes for a black & white wedding that has hot pink for it's third color. Michael's also has hot pink ribbon (1/8" or 1/4") for 50 cents a spool of ten yards. Hoping this will help inspire you!
