We pride ourselves on being great hosts, but guests have limited access to some of our incredible artwork, our lively forums and other super cool features of the site! You can join our incredible papercrafting community at NO COST. So what are you waiting for?
I know you can look under the profile, but that doesn't show up when you post. I figured since you stamp, you are all crafty people. I am curious what you do beside stamping. I crochet, embroider dishtowels, make candles (although I haven't done that for a couple of years) and have a rug loom.
I attempt to scrapbook. I love buying designer paper and thinking of the beautiful pages, altered items and cards I will make. I then hoard it because it is too beautiful to use. I also dabble in jewelry making. I love those Swavorski crystals.
I have taken quilting classes and have made a few quilts. I sooooo LOVE Amy Butler fabric, I was so pleased when she started designing papers too! My worlds collide. I sew a lot on my cards too.

I used to play in a covers band, and we still do the occasional gig and try to get to karaoke when I can to keep the vocal chords in action. As far as craft work is concerned, I also scrapbook and have dabbled in quilting (with mixed success).
When I'm not stamping, I enjoy embroidery (much easier to do when the kids are awake) and occasionally I quilt. I'm getting ready to take a class at Big Picture Scrapbooking, as I desperately want to get back to it (stamping has me distracted).
I quilt and like most of my cards, those too, are given away. I also knit, crochet, scrapbook every couple of years like a mad woman trying to get caught up. I do most of the home repairs and remodels in my home. Love to do woodworking. Tried to do painting with my mom, but I blend too much. It all looks like mud when I'm done. Gardening is one of my fair weather hobbies. I keep trying to do rock climbing but both my friend and my husband have ditched me now, claiming to be too busy at work. I'm trying to make exercising a hobby, but keep scheduling over it because I cant stand cardio. Yapping here on SCS seems to be quite a time consumer for me as well.

i quilt, make an occasional window treatment and pillows and needlepoint. not as much as i used to since i started with this new obsession of making cards! lol i also like to cook and i read at least one book a week.
Bonniejo mentioned jewelry making. I forgot that I do that too! I have made lots of bracelets and earrings.
As far as non-craft things, I love this site and also YouTube! I read a lot too. I also love politics and am registered with one of the main parties. Will refrain from saying which one as I don't want to make anyone angry. I belong to a homemakers group and am on the county fair board. Am also a active member at WMSTR (steam thresher's reunion) at Rollag, MN.

my husband and I are runners....in fact we met while training for the Houston Marathon!
We used to compete in lots of road races and had a blast seeing who could beat the other (as far as time and medals). I dont compete anymore but hope to do that again someday.
I have a large cottage style garden, love to cook, make my own tempered chocolates, sew at times, make Christmas ornaments, paint furniture, collect vintage pottery vases and enjoy other creative pastimes at different times of the year.
Location: I had no idea it could snow this much in the desert!

I lead an online group for hikers in the Northern NV region. In the winter we snowshoe and cross country ski as well as still hike the hills and mountains in the NV and CA areas. When I can't hike, I speed walk 6 miles most days of the week. I also love to cook. Scrapbbok, read, avidly garden indoors and out. And my DH wonders where all my times goes!

Well, I'm a new stamper so that is occupying most of my time lately.
I am a graphics designer so that takes up a bit of my time, too.
I love to sew when I can...I make outfits for my Westie puppy. I also scrapbook and uhm, shop. For expensive purses. I have an addiction. Seriously. When I worked and got paid, I would buy a new purse every two weeks. :o
I like to clean and organize, too. And I love planning parties.
I make cards with my stamps and use the computer a lot for making cards too....must admit to the big time computer addiction. I also am a Brazilian Embroidery instructor and hold classes weekly. Have you ever seen the Art? Type it into your search bar and you will be amazed at it's elegance. What is different with it from regular embroidery you may ask? It's done with Rayon threads that have a sheen to them and the stitches created with a needle are 3 dimensional. Cleaning house is the last on my list, but I hurry through it so I can have playtime.
Crochet and crosstitch come in close behind my stamping obsession. I like to do ceramics but haven't had time for years (not exactly a mobile hobby.) I also read. I've dabbled in sewing and other crafts/arts (beading, making ornaments out of several mediums, woodworking.)
Let's see...I was a professional florist for years before I had kids. I still do a bit of that for friends and family. I've done calligraphy, quilting, crocheting, embroidery, tole painting, furniture refinishing, soft sculpture, designed and made Christmas ornaments, made rag dolls and soft toys, gardening, interior decorating, stenciling, scrap-booking, and 'junking' (taking yard sale items and turning them into treasures!) I think that's it.
Since I found stamping, though, I do very little else!

Well...here goes for me...calligraphy, furniture refinishing, interior decorating, stenciling, scrapbooking, cooking, jewelry making, floral arranging, reading (true crime is my fave) and I love 'junking' too!!
Gosh! After going back and reading my list I think I have figured out why I don't seem to have time for work!! LOL
well I love papercrafting, but I appear to have a great hobby in hoarding all the lovely goodies that I buy to use in papercrafting, taking them out and stroking them, smelling them, admiring them and then putting them back:rolleyes: I cross stitch and read a lot as well.
I do bookbinding, scrapbooking, and reading now. Used to do calligraphy and illumination (medieval-style book painting...this happens when you get an MA in medieval literature), but no time for those while the kids are small.
I am a frequent volunteer at my kids' elementary school and an officer this year in the PTA (though I'm not sure I'll sign on for the officer gig again next year, too clique-y). I am an avid reader of a wide range of materials and also like to write. I enjoy online computer (MMOG) and console gaming (our new Wii rocks out loud!). On the crafting side, I've dabbled a bit in beading/jewelry making and have done a lot of sewing, but not so much lately. I'm also an expert in avoiding cleaning my house. ;)
__________________ Hi, my name is Molly, and I am a Designer Paper addict. My avatar is my virtual representation in Second Life.
My first love is counted cross-stitch -- been doing that for years! When I started stamping, I find I now need to divide my time! When am I supposed to clean? I also love to read.
Other than stamping, I enjoy reading, and playing games with my kids. Last summer I made a commitment to get back into shape and I started running and weight lifting. Nine months ago I started Tae Kwon Do and take classes with my husband and children. It's a lot of fun, and I'm always learning something. Next week, I will be a green belt. My kids will be black belts in October.
Besides stamping I like scrapbooking, altering projects, I dabble a little at sewing, and some flower arranging. I also love to bake, garden, camp with my family, attend equestrian events with DD, and read!
I quilt, sew home decor, make renaissance costumes, do machine embroidery, and dabbled in hand smocking. Which is why my craft room looks like it does!
I scrapbook, love it! Also makes cards which is what I started doing first.
I garden, veggie and flower, power walk, crochet, and quilt. It all keeps you sane!
I belong to a book club and love to read. I quilt, knit and crochet, embroider, scrapbook, am a budding photographer (just bought myself a Nikon digital SLR). I also enjoy working out at the gym and cooking/baking, and I just joined a bowling league with my sister-in-law and am trying to keep up with these women by learning how to do it better!
I wish my housework, kids, errands, etc., would stop getting in the way of my interests.
I love taking crafting classes at our local high school. I've taken pottery, watercolor painting, calligraphy and rug-hooking. I used to be an avid scrapbooker but haven't done much lately. I've been doing decos (decorated booklets passed through the mail) for several years now and that's lots of fun - those little books travel all over the world! As for non-crafty stuff, I like doing outdoorsy things like skiing, hiking, swimming, boating, etc. I love to read and my goal is to read 50 books this year. I'm on book #3 so far!
Scrapbooking is my first love but I found SCS when I bought some SU sets last year and wanted to find ideas for using them on my pages. Now I'm distracted by stamping all the time and making cards!
I also love working out at the gym(twice a day now, crazy, right?I have to go the second time to get dh to go after work) cross-stitch, reading, mountain biking, and hiking.
