Oh yes I have ordered from them many times although my LSS just recently started stocking their stamps. They have great customer service and I have always gotten my stamps very quick. You will love them!!
I ordered the Punny Farm set and it's really cute! Came really fast and the stamps are very nice quality. I don't care too much for the sentiments, but I like the designs!

I can't see myself sending a card to a friend with a headless person stamped on it. Maybe I'm missing something obvious here...
Well, I guess I've never thought of the stamps quite in this way. Of course, people have different tastes so I understand how it might not appeal to everyone. I don't get the appearl of some of the more artsy stamps (like the paper dolls/clowns that are used on lots of the cards published in Stamper's Sampler).
I love the "let's go for a walk" set. I received this great card from Kathy127. I think it's gorgeous, so much so that I bought the set.
To address the question of the OP, I think that the MFT products are great and I intend to buy some more. Check out their member company forum here to get a better feel for the type of interaction other SCS users have had with the company.
Okay, I went, I looked... I think all the people without heads are creepy! What's with that???
Tooo funny that's what my Hubby says, he says that they creep him out! I think he just says it to bug me.
My first set I got from a friend and fell in love with them. They ink up very well I use GP 120 lb paper and brilliance Black ink. Never had a problem.
OK...I asked the owner of MFT this same question...why don't the ladies have heads? She told me that this way these women could be any colour and from any culture. Our faces tell so much about us perhaps the designer wanted these women to represent anyone anywhere.
Needless to say, I finally placed my first order just over a week ago and am waiting in great anticipation for the lady with the snowman.

I've ordered several times. Quality is excellent and I love the versatility of their sets. It was one of the other companies by stampin up that I bought and I was reluctant, but have been very pleased. I've since tried other companies and many others are good too, but there are some I've bought that stamp poorly. You won't be disappointed w/ MFT! I especially love those little $9 sets! What a bargain and so easy to "justify" spending
I have a TON of MFT stamps and I love them. I also buy mine from www.allthatscraps.com because you get free shipping on anything over $10...and they are FAST too! I actually never really thought about them being headless...
I recently got hooked on MFT stamps... I love them! Very high quality clear acrylic and great customer service. I also agree with an earlier post that suggests you check out their member company forum here on SCS. You will see more links to card samples that way, too!
MFT is a wonderful company with high quality products. The art is adorable and the customer service is excellent. You can rest assured that you will be happy with the quality and service that Kim from MFT provides.

I love my MFT and their digital papers as well. The designs are great, very versatile and the stamps are definatly high quality. I don't think you could go wrong with MFT.
I just made two beautiful cards using the lady in the tub stamp set. I have several of their sets but I do think that there are several that I wouldn't buy because of the head thing. For some reason, the ones where the people are in the recliner just don't seem right to me. And if I concentrate on those stick skinny arms too long.... well, they start to look funny to me. I love the one with the dogs and the you take the cake set. I can't remember the two others that I have, but I would definitely recommend them as a company. A while back, there was a thread about the headless teacher set.
LOL, I remember the first time I saw one of those headless women in the gallery- I was quite shocked because I didn't realize the stamp came that way! The headless thing creeps me out too, but I really love the design of their stamps otherwise.
