Fan Club question for the mods

I tried to view the Fan Club gallery for January and got a message that I'm not authorized. Does that mean my membership has expired? I'm sure it would be a ton of work, but is there a way we could get a message the month before that our membership is about to expire so we could renew before we miss out? Thanks.

I always get a message about 2 weeks or so before my membership runs out (sent via email) and I have been a member since the gallery started! Could the message from the administrator gone into your spam mailbox? Just a thought! Good luck, I know how frustrating this can be!

While this particular task is not one of the administrative duties I handle here on SCS, generally speaking, I believe an automated expiry notice does get sent out. Every once in a while, I've had emails I sent that never reached their destination for some odd reason or another, tho, so, that's a possibility . . .

Anyway, you actually never miss out--at any time you renew, you immediately regain access to all the Fan Club Galleries and Forums--all 3 1/2 years of issues, including the one that just got opened! ;)

Thanks Ladies. Boy that year flew by - it seems like yesterday that I renewed. I'll have to get on that - I love looking at the samples each month, and every little bit of support helps, I'm sure!

If you go to your profile page (I think that is what it is called), and look under the paid subsciptions section, you will find your fan club gallery listed and the date it expires. (Yikes - mine expires next month - I better get going and renew!)

Paid Subscriptions button is found on the Control Panel. You can access it by clicking on Quick Links at the right hand corner of any thread. Or the Control Panel shows up along the left side of your message list. Just click on the little envelope beside your name.
