IC110 - Butler Fabric [12-Jan-08]
Inspiration Challenge 110 - Butler Fabric - IC110
Dorinda sent me a link a while back to some fabulous Amy Butler fabric - check it out! I have selected one of the families (see the attached image below) - if you use the link you can see the patterns up close.
Make sure you use the keyword: IC110 (no spaces or extra characters)
How to Play View the attached image. You may be inspired to recreate the piece - but that isn't necessary...get your inspiration from the colors, layout, or 'theme'. Don't worry - no card is 'wrong'! There are no rules, so let your creative juices run wild -- be *inspired* and go get stamping!
Don't forget about No Upload Sunday - Let's give the gallery moderators a day off and not upload on Sunday (unless, of course, you are a Fan Club member - yet another reason to spend a little money on your favorite site). Thank you.
Hi everyone !
Just popping in to say Hi and I hope I can do this IC sometime this weekend but if not.... my Cheerleading outfit is all washed and ready for me to put it on and comment on everyones cards !
It looks like there will be some great ideas here - too late for me to think about it tonight. BTW, when I saw the thread title - I was thinking - what kind of fabric is there for butlers? LOL!!
Here is my take on todays colors... every flower etc drew me back to basic grey papers, so i started with that as my source and built the card around it. the panel is saffron, cranberry and marigold all sponged over and over, then i embossed it with my cuttlebug.
thanks for looking! BEE-cause i Like You!

If I have time, I'll try to do another one -- although I have a bunch of things to do today. I can always do the second one another day. Thanks, Karen, for such wonderful inspiration, as always.
What a fun choice to pick from. I choose the pink polka dots and tried to follow through with the dots. I also did Sharon's (notimetostamp) sketch challenge for this weekend. Thanks, Sharon and Karen.
This is my early morning creation. I haven't decided if this will be a valentine card or anniversary card for my dh. It was hard to decide which fabric(s) to choose, great inspiration.
