I am running a banner ad here today, but I am seeing both my new banner ad and an ad for my scalloped frames and doodles. I contacted SCS and they said that my frames and doodles ad is not running but sometimes they show up if you are using IE7. I am on Firefox and I am seeing it. Is anyone else seeing that ad or is there something weird with my computer, like something stored in the cache or cookies or something. (I don't even know what I'm talking about, I've just heard those two words before. LOL)
You don't have to click on anything, I'm not trying to get you to look. I just want to know if it's happening to anyone else, especially if you are using a browser other than IE7.
Thanks in advance. (I guess I want to know mostly cause if I run a sale or something, I wouldn't want an old sale banner ad to show up when those items aren't on sale. That could be frustrating to people. So I want to get this problem fixed. Knowing more info about what browsers are affected may help Daven figure this out. Weird.)
Hugs,
Gina K.

I'm using Mozilla (don't know the version - sorry) and I was seeing it yesterday and thought it seemed a bit odd. I haven't noticed it yet today, but it's still early. I'll reply to this thread again if I'm still seeing it.

I saw "Frames and Doddles" earlier this morning ( and I remember 'cause I clicked on it .
That was from my lap top ( running Vista- not sure which IE is associated with it though...sorry my DH is the techno geek around here- and I let him I have too many other things to keep up with .... like which new stamp sets to get!)
I'll let you know if it comes across again while I am here!
I don't know what I'm running
On the main forum page first I could see your banner ad about scallop frames and doodle - and then I went back a page and came back it was the stamps for diabetes ad - but then i left and came back again and it wasn't an ad of your at all?
Does that make sense? Don't know if I helped much!!
I'm on IE and am mostly seeing (or noticing) the scallop one. I thought you had new ones out! But then, I'm a sucker for this kind of stuff...
I saw the Frames & Doodles ad last night. Well actually it was around 3 a.m. (Too much caffeine before bed!) I was wondering about that but was relieved at the same time because I already have all of those!
I use Safari on my mac and have just been seeing the new ads. I've done some finagling to our ad serving software to see if that fixes things. So if your still seeing any old ads please post in here! I am keeping the people that are much more savvy than me updated on it so we can fix whatever the problem is.
I'm seeing both the "New Stamps Released Today" and bright pink "7 new sets" banners. I recall seeing the other banners (Diabetes and scallops) last night. Oh, and about 20 minutes ago, SCS was inaccessible to me for around 10 minutes - I was beginning to panic!
I'm using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

thanks for the reports everyone, those are very helpful. For those seeing outdated banner ads, have you ever gotten the impression on the past that you are seeing ads which should have ended (events that have already happened, etc)?
