Default What Non-SU item can you not live without?

Just curious what card or scrapbooking item you use very often that you wish SU would make or carry?
Maybe we could work on getting some of them in the next catty!

That's the first thing that came to my mind, too! I use it for lots of things... even putting shipping labels on packages.

I also love my Xyron....I have them in three different sizes. They use to have a Xyron as a Great Rewards item, but hasn't been there for a couple years now. Wish it was in the supply items if not enough room for it in the catty.

My Japanese Book Drill - I use it to make the holes for my eyelets, brads and such. It is soooo easy to use and has different bits. I hate to think that I have to hammer a hole again!!

Stazon cleaner...especially for Stazon and basic black ink. Of course, now we all know the Yoyo Yellow trick and I may change my mind!

My Sizzix, especially for making lots of tags in the same size (for classes or swaps)

A Xyron is a fantastic machine that you can do all sorts of things with. I have the 510 and with it I can add permanent adhesive, removable adhesive, two-sided lamination, one-sided lamination/one-side adhesive, and one-sided magnet/one-side adhesive! WHEW!

I use this all the time for swaps. I just run it through the machine and put the adhesive on - all I have to do then is attach everything together.

It's also great for attaching a dryer sheet over a stamped image.

I bought my machine and get my refills (just over $10 each) online. It's a fantastic place with super customer service!

Tag punchs in perfectly graduating sizes so I can have tags in all 48 colors of cardstock! I am crummy at making them homemade. More colors of glitter, and I second the gingham ribbon! More greetings stamps in much smaller stamp set sizes, or individually sold.

Tag punches and gingham ribbon! Why doesn't SU carry gingham ribbon? Every year I turn to the ribbon in hopes of seeing it...maybe next year!

My Xyron is becoming one of my most used tools!
Textured paper would be nice
Patterned/Gingham ribbon
Shaped eyelets (birthday gifts, trees, etc)

Right now I actually use CM albums.

Once I get the Xyron, I bet that will be the thing I can't live without.

Check this out for the Japanese book drill hole punch.........

http://www.scrappydreams.shoppingcar...273/808845.htm

Saw this in action and its unbelievable.... I sat there pocking hole after hole in CARDBOARD boxes. Puts a hole through anything.....

Anyhow... I don't have one.... I would rather spend the money on a new stamp set. but it is pretty cool.

Where do you get such a fantastic deal? Please share because "My name is Barbara C. & I'm a Xyron-aholic" Seriously Ladies, if you haven't used one yet, try it! There's no better way to attach thin strips of card stock or ribbons!!

Sounds like I better dust off my Xyron & become better acquainted with it!

I can't live without my Stazon cleaner! I know the yoyo yellow trick & still prefer the STazon cleaner. I have an old scrubby thing (different brand) & use it only for Stazon cleaner. THEN I use my stampin' scrub & can get most stains off this way.

I also can't live without my non-SU! eyelet setter, my Fiskars rotary cutter & my Art Bin tote!

Wow girls! That is quite a list!
Sounds like we should get to DS and demand that they start carrying Xyron products! That definately seems to have gotten the most votes. Sounds like I have to run out and get one now... :? I guess if SU! carried it it would mean repeat sales.

A strap hinge album would be nice. I like the permanent look they have once they're assembled with completed layouts. IMO the 3-ring binders just don't offer that look (and they remind me too much of my third-grader's notebook, lol). I haven't given post bound albums a try yet, and since I still have a lot of CM album space to fill, it'll be a while before I can justify getting one.

I love my Bazzill textured cardstock too.

Hands down, Xyrons and refills! I couldn't live without mine! I'd have to agree with textured cardstock as well. I use it all the time!

I'd like to see a few more metal embellishments too...think MM ribbon charms, photo corners, etc. I'd sacrifice these for the abovementioned, tho!
